Those who refused the jab should be compensated. File for ptsd for being forced out of a job.
Many jobs come with vaccination requirements, & staff doesn’t get paid if they choose to opt out.
@ if it wasn’t a requirement before enlisting… think
@ please name one of your examples… remember you said many. SMH
@@godswill2260 nurses, Dr., child care workers, individuals in jobs working with medically at risk populations.
@@godswill2260 vaccinations were required for Dr.s, nurses, childcare workers, & those working with immunocompromised groups. This has been my experience. Last response disappeared; hope this stays.
Presumptive if your Service Connected knees couldn't move you fast enough when Sally was sneezing on you.
My daughter was stationed in alaska and got covid 19 three times she has chronic fatigue syndrome, migraines.
And tachycardia
I hope this will cover the vaccines they tested on us. For my battalion, it was take it or be forced out. Unless you had a medical or religious reason not to take it.
They need to add that thing in the arm as a claim
Many jobs have vaccination requirements & where opting out isn’t an option. Applies to more than COVID vaccine. Nurses, Dr., child care wrks, all hospital staff inc. cleaners & kitchen wrks, mandates for state employees; many were affected.
I got arterial flutter after Covid vaccines at VA
How about us old timers who were ordered to take the H1N1 swine flue jab in 1977
Please follow us up on this plz!
I’m still AD, getting out at the end of the yr so I’m def going to qualify
Yeah, it won’t be finished by then
- Clay
I hope this includes chronic fatigue
I think this is good for everyone. Especially the people who had to take a shot to stay in. Thanks Clay 🙏🫡
I was going to say this because I never got CoviD but I was obligated to get the vaccine to not get in trouble with service
No one had to take the shot. I was in and I denied even when threatened to be forcefully vaccinated. I got out honorably no one was forced people been to their knee in submission.
@@SaveEuropa1488 this also depends on how shit your COC was. Base ran out of the FDA approved vaccine and told us "oh well, you have a deadline, do what you gotta do." That is an ultimatum. Yes we still had a choice but it would have not benefited me if I denied it. I also wouldn't be here with the health issues I have if they had waited till the FDA approved one came in stock. Or maybe it was all the buildings that had asbestos in them? 🤔🤷 Either way I'm living on blood thinners for life now. I highly consider this a benefit to these category of people.
Never had bradycardia until I got the jabs at the V A
This will assist those who were hospitalized and who still have the long COVID symptoms.
Many of the those long c0vid symptoms and health issues are also PACT ACT symptoms and issues. Could they use a post service diagnosis of c0vid to deny PACT Act presumptives that were diagnosed after we left service?
Funny…. This is exactly what I was thinking myself.
Depends on the criteria they establish. We will have to wait and see.

Serve 2019-2022 was stationed in South Korea. Was doing Covid-19 incoming personnel detail. Basically, tending and screening new incoming personnel coming to South Korea.
They should have some persumptive on the mandatory vaccines. Glad they are doing something with Covid-19 Persumptive.
your last sentence. they'll never admit to the former because of the latter.
@@blizzyTX As a soldier who was directly impacted.. agreed.
Osan AFB
Talk about a lottery win if this goes through. Whole world got the coof, but if you were in, you can cash out. Hell, guaranteed DIC down the road, too.
I was mobilized and sent to Africa in August of 2019. Got sick as a dog for 10 days with what i think was Covid in January 2020 while still deployed before Covid had a name to it. So how would this work if I have military treatmenr records for an illness but they didnt diagnose it as Covid?
Possibly by symptoms & antibodies, but am only guessing. Check with your Dr. Good luck 🍀
Where do I go to visit the website where it talks about this for the VA
I was on a 4 day National Guard training when I got Covid. 2021. Still can't run for shit (respiratory). I ride the bike for alt. PT.
You must be in great shape. I tried the bike as walking is now impossible. I couldn't make the bike in time either. Next try is the Row.
@douglashaner6802 keep my hands on the heart rate meters and have killer heavy metal in my ears.
I went to the VA hospital when I had COVID, was treated there -- would that mean I would have a good chance of that being presumptive for me?
I’m very interested in this as well. I was active duty during COVID. I got diagnosed with Covid and was quarantined for 10 days (in 2021) with lose of taste, smell , and fatigue with other problems. I still have my medical write up paperwork on active duty for this!
Would this qualify for supplemental or secondary claim? Thanks Clay!
Talk about coming full circle🫨
I got COVID while volunteering at the VA. Do file a claim?
Probably not
- Clay
@TheCivDiv Thanks Clay 👍.
Can Covid 19 be secondary to Pact Act 🤔
What about if you were already retired and you got COVID-19 .
We know nothing at this time

I have a question about the Million Veteran Program (MVP). Is this a legitimate program or is it used to reduce benefits and payments to Veterans? A lot of personal questions know about the veterans medical history, but family. Do you an opinion about this program? Semper Fi
Never mind, I found the site🤟
3:45 so the final decision got moved from April to August Clay?
I think you’re referring to mental health and that answer is yes. This video (COVID-19) is in stage 1 of that process so we are looooooooong away from that discussion.

@@TheCivDivit IS a long way.. very long long way to go still... I said it before the mandate fully took hold; "this is going to be worse than agent orange".
Please share all the metrics you have, any insight and possible nexus from all the VA changes.. redacting VA benefits from vets who are helping other vets... Continual separation of troop for less than honorable means.
😅
Anything you are willing to share. Because a significant number of veterans will be affected by this. Not just the initial loss. I mean the persistent over three to five more decades.
Weird. How do you even demonstrate long term connection to something this new?
Last I read, “long term” was not as long as one would think.
Long term, in my case I had spontaneous blot clots bilateral and infarctions after failing eliquis double the dosage. On thinners for life now. I only weighed 175 and I'll be 30 this year. This is what I'd assume "long term"

Wow... That sure happened quick. I wonder what will happen for the vaccine injuries. It is no doubt that every single person was affected and effected by the virus, never mind the vaccine.
Would love to hear more about this as it progresses.❤❤
Passing disinformation.
Uncle Sam diagnosed me with asthma after I got back from Afghanistan and then denied my disability claim, I wouldn't hold out on a claim based on the coof.
Did this exist prior to service? Or was this pre 2023?
- Clay
If you don't have a daily inhaled steroid or a certain pulmonary function test score, you will most likely not get a disability rating for asthma.
Got 30% just for use of inhaler on first try.
@ It did not exist prior to service and I was diagnosed in 2008. I did my claim in 2021
