Your realtor was your landlord?! That’s so dope, congratulations!! It’s so easy to overspend when using a card - that was my biggest issue. Just swiping and mad at myself when it came time to pay the bill 😆 I really need to make a “small business” sinking fund the way I always want to buy y’alls cash stuffing products. Yeeesss hunni. My landlord was the seller and his wife was my agent. So she basically helped my fire her husband (my landlord). They are some great people that I thank God for the both of them since the first day I met them. So yes it was more than awesome.
