Clicked on this one real quick, especially since my channel is currently dedicated to the LEXUS GS platform. Sounds good. This is the first time I have seen a double X on a LEXUS.

@@jeremiahjackson1346 Thanks, Bro. SC/Soarers should be right up there with the Supra in people's minds. Same chassis, same suspension, all the tuner parts fit without having to, "make," them fit. I have Supra TT coilovers on mine; they bolted right on. Plus, if you just want to leave it stock, the V8 has more low end, better fuel economy, and lighter weight than the 2JZ. It's more durable, too, and just as tunable. So I gotta put up with a Lexus emblem on the hood? Oh, cry me a river, eh? Hahahahaha. And the thing that NOBODY seems to realize: these things are just SOOOO EFFING NICE to live with! I've had fast cars before (like my V8 Mustang that always broke down, LOL) but this is next level, "I'll go fast if you want, but I'll pamper you and make you feel like a king, just sitting in a parking lot."

Will adding a second x pipe do anything to reduce drone? I know that my single did a lot for it as well as reducing overall volume. Or would dual bottle resonators be more effective and reducing drone and sound volume?

For an exhaust system similar to this (including a set of flowmaster super 10s) - it ran me $550 out the door. Without the mufflers, it would’ve been around $400 as they’d just be charging for an x-pipe, regular 3” piping, and labor.

They're a really massive car and one spec even comes from the factory with airbags and electronic controlled dampers, think of it more of a luxury-gt than a street-sport car. The auto is super posh and smooth as silk.

I do agree that the 1uz would be a right weapon with a manual transmission. Cartunenz has a few videos up with various manual swapped 1UZ soarers. In the sc/soarer im pretty sure the 1JZ came with a manual/auto option but the v8 only had an auto.

True Dual means NO X-pipes, NO H-pipes, NO Y-pipes. True Dual is when the two exhaust pipes don't converge in any way.
