  • In this video, we will chase a Halloween special on the Little River Railroad from Coldwater to Quincy, Michigan.
Power is 4-6-2 #110, built by Baldwin in 1911. This steam engine is the SMALLEST standard gauge 4-6-2 ever constructed, originally built for the Little River Railroad, a logging company. It was then sold to the Smoky Mountain Railroad until retirement in 1954. The engine was rebuilt in 2004 .
The train consists of pullman green painted passenger cars, and a trio of wood cabooses. There is also two stock cars converted over to carry passengers, which were ex-Northern Pacific heritage.

My first steam excursion was with this engine and I've been a lover of steam trains ever since.
