Here’s the thing. Scientist have said, and I’ve seen this from interviews and documentaries. When someone has an experience with DMT it is a cognitive reset. It can be used to treat a whole plethora of illnesses. I do not feel it is not an accident that it is a very difficult substance to access.

When I smoked DMT a bunch of multi colored fractal cat dragons got closer and closer to me until I absorbed them into my body and I became one with them. I don't even like cats, but that was intense, and it was like being hugged by a cuddly alien in another dimension.

I've used DMT and I've given birth on Ketamine due to some weird circumstances.. 😅 Comparable situations let me tell ya. When you give birth you are reborn. When I used DMT I slowly felt my body die, limb by limb, the cold took over my body until it reached my major organs. Then I was reborn again. I felt like I died a million times over and over again on ketamine. DMT was a much more positive experience but I'm very introspective so I still found value in the K experience. I learned to disassociate as a child to escape abuse, that trip showed me that I do NOT want to disassociate and feel nothing.. fucking scary.

I feel like Joe is downplaying a valid point that Doug 'seems' to be making. I too, had a similar vision of 'life eats life' , not on DMT but on a very high dose Mushroom trip. The visuals contained alot of just that: Life eating life. It was gorey at some points and alot to take in. I think the point at which you come out of DMT and jump back into the 'meat body awareness,' things can seem alot more superficial, machine like, and devoid of deeply felt emotional states (in everyday life). Yes, that's ok to realize...but I think for some people having such profound realizations..it could take at least a week or more to digest and transition back into linear reality, which can seem almost 'puppet' like.
Psilocybin improved my life. It helped me find answers to things that were over my head my entire life that took a toll on my mental. I experienced death and talked to god for hours, had an out of body experience and total body paralysis, didnt feel anything.

I’ve tried enough stuff in my day and the most “I’ve died” experience I’ve ever had was on Ketamine in the ER. It was a lot of things I can’t sum up here but it was almost like a white void of endlessness but somehow it kept layering closer and closer to me (like when you win a game of Solitaire on a computer) but never reached me… no gravity… no speed… no me… no nothing…. And it reminded me that everything in “reality” wasn’t real. Creepiest part was that when I came back to some sort of normal state I remembered that “that place” I had just went… felt veeeery familiar. Ugh. Took me a while to convince myself to play the game of life again. It’s so weird. We’re just kind of here doing stuff.
It's crazy for almost 9 month's in a womb and we dont breathe oxygen till birth, yet we're alive, only time I ever heard voice's in my head that weren't my own, said "breathe is a lock to keep us in this reaility, stop breathing to reveal the secrets". What a trip.

Here’s the thing. Scientist have said, and I’ve seen this from interviews and documentaries. When someone has an experience with DMT it is a cognitive reset. It can be used to treat a whole plethora of illnesses. I do not feel it is not an accident that it is a very difficult substance to access.

I had the same death experience. And I actually believed that I was already dead and there was no fighting it. And I had an outer body expirence yelling at myself saying you killed yourself. The whole world was disappearing. And for a second I completely believed this was true and this was now my reality. I was in a looping void. So I can honestly say I think I experienced the after life. Or what’s it’s like to die and not come back. Was absolutely terrifying but eye opening at the same time

When I smoked DMT a bunch of multi colored fractal cat dragons got closer and closer to me until I absorbed them into my body and I became one with them. I don't even like cats, but that was intense, and it was like being hugged by a cuddly alien in another dimension.

I've used DMT and I've given birth on Ketamine due to some weird circumstances.. 😅 Comparable situations let me tell ya. When you give birth you are reborn. When I used DMT I slowly felt my body die, limb by limb, the cold took over my body until it reached my major organs. Then I was reborn again. I felt like I died a million times over and over again on ketamine. DMT was a much more positive experience but I'm very introspective so I still found value in the K experience. I learned to disassociate as a child to escape abuse, that trip showed me that I do NOT want to disassociate and feel nothing.. fucking scary.

I feel like Joe is downplaying a valid point that Doug 'seems' to be making. I too, had a similar vision of 'life eats life' , not on DMT but on a very high dose Mushroom trip. The visuals contained alot of just that: Life eating life. It was gorey at some points and alot to take in. I think the point at which you come out of DMT and jump back into the 'meat body awareness,' things can seem alot more superficial, machine like, and devoid of deeply felt emotional states (in everyday life). Yes, that's ok to realize...but I think for some people having such profound realizations..it could take at least a week or more to digest and transition back into linear reality, which can seem almost 'puppet' like.
Psilocybin improved my life. It helped me find answers to things that were over my head my entire life that took a toll on my mental. I experienced death and talked to god for hours, had an out of body experience and total body paralysis, didnt feel anything.

I’ve tried enough stuff in my day and the most “I’ve died” experience I’ve ever had was on Ketamine in the ER. It was a lot of things I can’t sum up here but it was almost like a white void of endlessness but somehow it kept layering closer and closer to me (like when you win a game of Solitaire on a computer) but never reached me… no gravity… no speed… no me… no nothing…. And it reminded me that everything in “reality” wasn’t real. Creepiest part was that when I came back to some sort of normal state I remembered that “that place” I had just went… felt veeeery familiar. Ugh. Took me a while to convince myself to play the game of life again. It’s so weird. We’re just kind of here doing stuff.
…but it wasn’t white… because nothing existed… including “white”. But it FELT like white. I guess.
