These videos take many hours to summarize filings, transfer them to PowerPoint, then record and edit, so for the first time I tried using AI to clone my iconic robotic voice to save time recording and editing, but although it sounds like me in certain spots, there are certain things that sound odd. It's okay to laugh at me, I did. The first 34 minutes of this video are my AI voice clone, but I probably will go back to my normal recording method.

This defense team put names of innocent people who were never at or near the crime. If my name was any of those names, I would INSIST that these defense attorneys be permanently barred. Not just fired.

Video was sabotaged, the 2:07 post was supposed to lead people to think they were playing on the bridge at 2:07 but it was taken at 12:45. Warehouse camera is 1 hour late. Sketches are bad. Tobe is running the show and he has support. His support is known as the guilitine crew. Therefore, Richard Allen needs our help and the truth has to be dealt with.

Your conclusion is flawed when you write that if the defense spent time researching responses to prior requests from Gull, then it must mean that they are not preparing for cross-examination of witnesses. Little to no research would be needed. It appears that they are actively doing their job of documenting bias.
They would have proceeded to court if the prosecutor didn't dump more evidence right before the hearing. Perfect timing by the prosecutor. Same way back in October concerning the photo. Just a tactic to put off the hearing
9x out of 10, it was the paralegal or secretary, may be why they is spelling mistakes. Also, if you are a visual person typically they make spelling mistakes. Does not mean they are incompetent. I think if they passed the Bar Exam & supposedly their law practice is one of the best in that area, I don’t think they are incompetent at all. I would think the prosecutor & judge needs to be honest and fair, bias has no place in the court room.

And if it's your secretary who's incompetent and you didn't even read what they wrote, that also means you're lacking. Also, the prosecutor sat on evidence and took wayyyyy too long to turn over all evidence. I would damn sure want my lawyer to stall as long as possible & get her removed due to her incompetence of the law and a persons right to have a fair trail. I mean….innocent until proven guilty is how the system works….right?
this judge is so unprofessional, biased and lets her ego get in her way that she can’t even grant the client his constitutional rights. It’s a disgrace that she can sit up there in that robe that she does not deserve to be wearing because obviously she is biased, and this case is over before it even started. She doesn’t want her to be a trial. I did the research. It’s less than 2% a judge ever request an ending to a trial. That’s why we have trials so the defense can bring in witnesses and other items of evidence whatever that may be that’s called an actual trial . The defense, their hands are tied that’s why they’re filing all these motions. They want to get everything on the books because they know what she won’t even allow them to present any type of reasonable doubt so she might as well tell him slammer for life or give him because she doesn’t give, you know about his rights
