    Hey Track Fans!
This is a quick Scalextric tutorial about how to use a recommended product on your Scalextric track. Our very own Oliver mentioned on the last video about not using a PECO rubber as it will scratch the metal on your Scalextric track and instead to use the INOX MX3 (which sounds like a robot from Star Wars right!?).
Use this stuff is you have new Scalextric track or Scalextric track that isn't scratched, it's great stuff as you will see in the video.
Enjoy the episode, please like, comment and share with your friends so everyone can learn Scalextric.

Hey mate, is it ok to get on the plastic, as it has white oil in the ingredients? New to your channel and I must admit, your enthusiasm is most entertaining lol....keep up the vids dude, it’s refreshing seeing vids that are not to serious like others on here. 👍🏻

Hi Wee Man, yes, it's ok to go on the plastic. I generally use autosol metal cleaner for the rails, use very little as it's really effective stuff and try to keep this on the rails when you've wiped that clean then give the rails a spray with Inox and use a cloth to disperse the residue that's on the track by wiping the whole piece of track, it's look shiny but will dull down with use. It's really good stuff 👍🏻

IMHO, it's best to keep it off the plastic, if only so you don't have to use iso or something to remove it. It doesn't damage the plastic, but acts as a lubricant. Ideally, you apply only to the rails, wipe up excess with a paper towel, and that's it. For really easy application, put a drop on each braid of a car and run that around a bit. Sometimes I'll set a car running at low speed/voltage, and put a drop on each rail about every 3 meters of track. the car spreads it and keeps it nicely on the rails. Job done.
