    I’m 54 and have osteoporosis…. Found your channel and have done several so far but now that I caught this Session 4, I will go back to do the others and then do them in order. Thank you!!

    ?????? I am unable to get my elbows past my shoulders when lifting the weights? at 4:35? Does anyone know why? Thank you! Teresa from indiana with osteop and I am 64.
