Chickens can get hot in extreme heat with temperatures over 104F or 40C. Chickens cannot sweat, so they pant to relieve heat and also use their feet to cool themselves. I give them frozen food, ice water, and turn on sprinklers to cool them.

How do you manage your time, Jag. I really wonder. Do you have any farm helpers?

Contract with labor contractor to plant, prune, and weeding. They send 5 to 10 people. I manage everything else including watering, taking care of the trees, plants, running upick, and taking care of farm animals. It's a lot of work but I enjoy it.
