My friend just done a 5.3 swap on an 84 k10 and they installed an exterior fuel pump and your right , it’s loud! He’s fixing to go to an in tank pump!!
Question… did the same swap. The truck had great heat b4 the swap, now going down the road the heat won’t come up enough to get hot air out of the heater. It has new Aluminum radiator, the coolant seems to be full it’s been running for a week now. Any air in the system should be out now. Any ideas? Haven’t pulled the thermostat yet , but the guy said he installed one …
