Very useful video. Sharing a suggestion. To feel better reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breath and mind [brain] are closely related causing stress-anxiety. For a better life sit on a chair, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. Change happens from within by itself. Day or night, when taking a walk, sitting in a park, when reading, at office, before sleep etc sit or lie down and observe your breath. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Reduce negative social media. Avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes. Senior Counsellor.

One's Psychological state impacts one's physical state . So as you grow older must grow wiser and matured

Ideally this is what happens, but if trauma and other issues are not addressed, then the negative impact becomes cumulative.

I wonder if using your phone either for photo or video would be helpful when doing your nightly checks?? I think I'll try it tonight

Please tell me did science address this feeling where i'm far from my reality and nothing in my real life matters for me. I wont have any feelings if somebody from my family died. However. I would cry over a sad death from a movie. I'm 20 years old. My first language is arabic. When i was 13 i discovered about the internet i was hooked playing videogames with my friends so i was already so far from reality i didnt care the slightest about school. I didn't have any interest to speak in my native language. I only spoke in english. Until i was 17 i made japanese friends. And until now i'm only interested in japanese. I'm already near fluent in japanese. So what do i do now. I'm Levels far from my real life and real world. Whenever i try to abstain from hearing/speaking japanese i get depressed. Its such a huge part of me now. Internet/japanese is my reality now. I can't even think of making relationships i'm literally not capable of holding feelings towards people. They bore me to death. Because i don't share any interests with them. My only interest is japanese now.
