    Not an addict, but I am in DBT therapy for a multitude of disorders (mainly BPD and anxiety disorders) and I love that you're putting this information out there. Very helpful. Thank you

    At times, i am very self aware i analyse everything in detail and i try to remain rational. But often, the emotional side of me takes control over me i become this zombie which has 0 self awareness and it's just acting on impulse.

    listening to this + often rewinding ⏪ to make sure I understand, at 4-5 am with a glass of vodka... something is definitely wrong with me 😂
    but thank you this "seminar" really clarifies alot of things! I'm at the stage where I accept all my issues and disorders, but feel the need to understand why I am this way and how I can be a better person.
    Hopefully next week, less people will get murdered in my fantasy mind.🙄💩👺

      YES PEOPLE CHOOSE NOT TO RECOVER..AND CONTINUE TO USE DRUGS,ALCOHOL, PILLS, SEX, GAMBLING, ETC.... BECAUSE THEY ARE TRUE ADDICTS AND ALCOHOLICS

    22:45 I’m sorry but this made me so mad because my husband did this to me. If you want tickets to go to something and beg and beg and then get them only to have your husband sell them “you have to tell them how you feel” …. he claimed he didn’t know 😒
