I work in the kitchen cooking, and I agree, the ones who are cooking the food are the most responsible for the food. Sadly not everyone cares about doing their best, like in any job.

Gives me flashbacks of being yelled at by customers, to then go and try to throw out the food without the chefs noticing while thinking of creative ways to tell the chefs to remake a dish without them finding out the customer sent the food back, because then I would be yelled at too. I have MANY times told a chef to make the same dish for a customer but said it was for a new customer who ordered the same.
I really love how Gordon is just vibing and making jokes with the servers in this series and some servers clearly want the place to burn down 😂
It's stupid how Chefs get an inflated ego because "I've never had any complaints about the dish" yeah no shit Sherlock. Most people don't complain when they get garbage food they just cop it as a loss and never come back cause it's not worth the hassle.

@Moonbyul Tae Mina for example 100 degrees Celsius is boiling. 100 degrees Fahrenheit is equal to almost 38 degrees Celsius, which is body temperature and not that warm food-wise. That is what the person meant by the chef thinking his thermometer is in Celsius when it is in fact set to Fahrenheit, which means that of course when he sees 100, he will think it is hot when it is cold.
