In my opinion, approaching Integral Yoga from a task-oriented point of view is not right. We are not trying to achieve supramentalization: God is doing things, it's just a matter of following that or doing what is right. I am an Integral Yoga sadhaka and don't see myself as trying to bring about the supramental transformation, but as trying to live a certain kind of life, according to what is right and needed (spiritually, morally, etc.).
