Such a biased review. Didn't expect this from Beebom. I personally have this laptop and it's great. But it has some drawbacks - 1. Speaker placement is not great especially during tent mode 2. The laptop is not that thin for 2019 standards 3. Also it's not as light as you think but Ok 4. The HP pen uses AAAA batteries and is not rechargable which is just bullshit 5. There's a lot of latency in using the HP pen 6. Lot of overheating while using in tablet mode 7. Small trackpad 8. The charger is not at all compact by any means. It's the same old charger that used to come with old laptops 9. Doesn't support fast charging 10. Also, there's no USB-C charging 11. No thunderbolt 3. Just USB-C 12. Fingerprint scanner is heck slow But that said, for the price this is arguably the best and the most versatile laptop out there
Dude. Decide something. Is this a great laptop or not. On one hand you are saying that Beebom is wrong on recommending this laptop, but on other hand you are saying its best for the price. All the problems you mentioned, for students are just minor hiccups.
bro i am using the i5 and 8gb version and i would proudly say this is too good man...i think the charger to fast enough and the audio is awesome and the pricing damn too good
I own one and pretty happy with it! I work as a software developer and this works perfect for my coding. Multimedia is always a plus in this laptop. No issues so far and the keyboard is backlit as well. All boxes checked!
I got mine in september. I honestly love it soo much. It's perfect for online classes and for light games and entertainmaint. And my processor isn't loud at all so if you need a good and affordable laptop this one is deffo a good option ❤💻
I loved more of the idea of this laptop than the laptop itself. When I first received it as a gift, it was so much more smaller and lighter than my previous laptop, and it was my first touch screen laptop. Almost 2 years later- I had enough. Its slow as hell- and straight out of the box it was slow. You can't really multitask on this thing, it will drive you insane. Today I purchased the Lenovo Yoga C940. So far so good!

@@adityarathi8803 i basically have the same laptop, except mine is called the probook x360.. it's a 2018 model and has the 8th i5 with 8 gigs of ram and the nvidia mx 150.. the rest are exactly the same as this laptop and I'm telling you, my laptop is average at best and mine was priced around a lakh when i got it.. mine overheats like anything, even when I'm just running firefox with 4-5 tabs open with not too many background processes.. even the mx150 is a below average gpu and the laptop can't even handle these average specs as it's thermal management is so poor.. the trackpad is just bad as it comes with the syanptic drivers and the drop in accuracy with these drivers is pretty noticeable.. my display probably supports less than 80% of srgb and the poor quality is noticeable whenever i switch from my amoled phone to the laptop.. i have had an absolutely horrendous experience with my laptop. Even palm rejection is laughable while using the hp pen.. can't even take notes properly.. i am never going for a hp product again, especially not the cheaper ones.. if the expensive ones are this poor, then god knows how bad the cheaper ones would be
Why the IPad Air is better? Faster processor. Can render 1080p videos on the go with ease. (Tried and tested) Longer software support. (5 years) iPadOS is just great for students and creators.(Notability/Goodnotes/ Procreate etc etc) Stereo speakers. (Really clear and reasonably loud) Color accurate screen. Cost is still less than this laptop. (36k IPad Air +7.6k Apple Pencil+ 2K branded Bluetooth keyboard) Note-Above prices are during Flipkart’s Big billion Days. You may find it for lesser or for more.
I already purchased it previous year & it's the best one can get as a college student. You get nice speakers & display with a convertible functionality which is stylish enough to make you stand out in the crowd of normal flip laptop🔥. I just love X360

I use a 2018 model with 8th gen core i5 version of the same laptop, the only thing missing is the anti glare screen, it costs around 65k inr , and can easily handle anything you throw at it and you could find your life much easier with glide typing instead of clicking the keys, a necessary upgrade for those looking for a new PC. Just go for it, (also available with some 2/4gb of graphics card I think, but gotta pay more for that)

And the battery life is too short, on wifi (my home wifi is 1mbps) it lasts about 2-3 hour maximum. I recently purchased asus vivobook x403 in amazon sale for 51k and got rid off every issue I faced with my hp - low heating, no thermal throttle, no bottom grill, great battery life(a whole day, sometimes 2 days of battery life cause it's huge 72 watt hour battery), non touch anti glare blue light filter display, 3 level of keyboard backlighting, faster booting time due to ssd, can use it on bed, no cooling pad is required. I am genuinely enjoying this laptop. Never gonna buy a hp laptop ever.

Purchased it from store for 50k 2. 4 gb ram is not enough for win10 alone...my laptop takes whole 7 min to start and still it hangs when you type pin for unlocking. 3. Monthly windows update run in background and they are gonna use 100% of cpu and ram which doesn't even let you use the start menu sometimes. 4. Starting chrome in this takes a whole of 12 min...(Google home page) 5.Gaming definitely not possible, heat management is not good. 6. Speakers after 6 months of usage distort after level 70. 7. Use this to watch downloaded movies only....this laptop is good for nothing. 8. Installing antivirus is a crime because it will just use every piece of hardware at 100% and it will become more unsuable. I recommend a laptop with 8gb ram and core i5 for any student as a starting point.
I am an engineering student and i am using the pavilion x360 (i5) from January 2019 and trust me it has been the best purchase of my life.This is truely a student's laptop (excluding the price 😂)

Also 8 gb ram is sufficient for me. Note that Gta 5 runs below 30 fps even at low-medium graphics if you are looking for gaming :)
My sister used this product for more than 2-3 months. After turning the screen to 360°for 5-6 times in the whole time, the hinge got broke. So, watch out kids!
i own the 2017 version and it came with a type C port, U processor and a 128GB Boot SSD. Also the speakers loses loudness in tent mode as its on the opposite side on tent mode. CS GO lags a bit and only runs at 30fps... playable but not sustainable at higher levels. Battery needs to be replaced every 2 years... otherwise its pretty good actually. it has 8gigs of ram... y does the new one have less?
Get asus vivobook 15-ryzen 5 4GB RAM version its price is ₹29,000 and has much more powerful ryzen 5 CPU AND much much faster and powerful radeon vega 8 GPU And dont worry about RAM u can just buy another 4GB 2400MHZ ram(₹1,490 on amazon)with dual channel support and ur laptop GPU will run twice as fast now also has extra SSD port

The screen's peak brightness is very low. Color reproduction is only about 55% sRGB coverage. Battery is ridiculously small with 37 wH of usage. The webcam is terrible, ofcourse. The keyboard was about okay, not comfortable, but not bad too.
I also hv this laptop and it's great .(for 1st yr ) But after 1st year I m facing lots of problems ( backlit not working , heating , delay in digital pen , high noise when charging ) Buy it if u really like 2 in 1 laptop.....
nope.. this one is way underpowered for 45k.. yeah yeah tablet mode, Dock mode,pen and all those things but honestly speaking..these things doesn't make a much of a difference as much as a full fledged graphics card coupled with with Ryzen-5 or i5 processors....

i have this laptop(8gb) its great,it look very sophesticated and classy. i can play cs go at low setting at 50-70 fps,the displays great and the backlit keybord feels(a bit too much resistance though) and looks awesome at night.media consumption is great and the speakers have robust bass and clarity(not super loud though but enough)battery life is also sufficient and i would highly recommend this laptop if you are not into heavy gaming and dont care about rgbish looks of laptops.
i am using 2017 model of it. Everything is fine but battery back up is around 3-3.5 hours only .Forget about battery for gaming. It gets so much heated up just on opening the CS game, that i feel i can cook omlet . It not for gaming though. But highly productive for the learning. I use hp pen for hell lot of things. Ya agree 4gigs is low but yeah you can upgrade though.

That bottom thick bezel of lcd screen just made my mood off this laptop
i own the 2017 version and it came with a type C port, U processor and a 128GB Boot SSD. Also the speakers loses loudness in tent mode as its on the opposite side on tent mode. CS GO lags a bit and only runs at 30fps... playable but not sustainable at higher levels. Battery needs to be replaced every 2 years... otherwise its pretty good actually. it has 8gigs of ram... y does the new one have less?

And dont worry about RAM u can just buy another 4GB 2400MHZ ram(₹1,490 on amazon)with dual channel support and ur laptop GPU will run twice as fast now also has extra SSD port

@@anand.suralkar the variant you listed might be worth considering because of it's price. But above 40k, it's a shit box. The colors and display are very washed out. The screen's peak brightness is very low. Color reproduction is only about 55% sRGB coverage. Battery is ridiculously small with 37 wH of usage. The webcam is terrible, ofcourse. The keyboard was about okay, not comfortable, but not bad too.

yeah yeah tablet mode, Dock mode,pen and all those things but honestly speaking..these things doesn't make a much of a difference as much as a full fledged graphics card coupled with with Ryzen-5 or i5 processors....

i have this laptop(8gb) its great,it look very sophesticated and classy. i can play cs go at low setting at 50-70 fps,the displays great and the backlit keybord feels(a bit too much resistance though) and looks awesome at night.media consumption is great and the speakers have robust bass and clarity(not super loud though but enough)battery life is also sufficient and i would highly recommend this laptop if you are not into heavy gaming and dont care about rgbish looks of laptops.

Gaming not good in this laptop. I tried to play pubg lite, it has so many frame drops and freezing constantly.
i am using 2017 model of it. Everything is fine but battery back up is around 3-3.5 hours only .Forget about battery for gaming. It gets so much heated up just on opening the CS game, that i feel i can cook omlet . It not for gaming though. But highly productive for the learning. I use hp pen for hell lot of things. Ya agree 4gigs is low but yeah you can upgrade though.
