I find your topic here a truly guiding light to accept and follow your advice. I intend to do what is best for me and my remaining years. there is one thing you failed to consider:cultural context. Asians, in general, have very strong family bonds, one reason why they generally have good mental health, because family provides a strong support mechanism. Asians also take good care of the elderly and seniors, grandchildren often stay very close to their grandparents.

Admitted that masturbation can be a time waster, especially when searching for suitable good quality porn, but I won’t give up or restrict myself to one of life’s little pleasures, my wife has no interest in sex and is not really a very romantic person.
Many years ago she said to me that at my age I should not be interested in sex anymore, but I am still alive and breathing normally, so f**k abstinence and I’ll continue to enjoy one of life’s little pleasures because it’s safe, costs nothing and hurts nobody else! 😉😊

It wasn't very long into this video before I realized that I NEED this advice!
I believe that it is time for me to challenge this feeling I have held for some time now that after all the hard work I have done-- and the endless giving of myself to people and their feelings--why am I so tired and unfulfilled?
For me, this video deserves not only to be viewed, but in addition, needs to be STUDIED!
Thank you very much for these eye, and mind-opening, principles!!
      To bulls!

1.you have given valuable advice. I'm 85 and want to live my own style of life. But the snag is dangerous disease of RA got hold of me in 1966 and its danger drug Methotrexate with its multiple incurable side-effects has made my life almost like that of a handicapped person. Some walking and exercises has just been helping me to do my routine by myself. Life partner perished in Corona, and some few true friends have also passed away. My son who is 47 but not settled in job or business. I and my family of 5 daughters and a son lived hard life but son,his wife and 2 children are living comfortable life thanks to my hefty pention. May be it is their luck. But my loneliness and severe pains are hard to bear. Of course being human being is very precious
and has to be enjoyed.daughters,,' frequent visit is the source of peace and solace.

Yes, that's so true. Being in my 60s, I'm beginning to demand an recognition for good that I make within my family circle, but good thing I managed not to overreact and just keep it to myself and from there on doing good things is just enough to compliment my own self and I fully satisfied seing my own work and not just to please anyone else, anyways, watching videos like this one really helps a lot cause it's good to hear things that uplifting and coming from someone you don't know but giving you advices like this one. Thanks, this will help a lot, especially elderly. 😊 by the way, I'm turned 61 last August.
