Just watched this again with the family, on the TV with the surround sound. At one point I look over and both my wife and 13 year old son have huge smiles on their faces. Nice work Brad. Those Sedona shots are AMAZING!!!
What a video! This felt like a Discovery Channel level documentary!! What an outstanding effort to make this video close to perfection! Excellent videographers!
Brad, The night drone shots were OUTSTANDING!! I retired USNR after 5 years active and 30 reserve. Deployed out of Naval Outlying Landing Field 3 times from 2003-2009. Retired in 2012. I sure miss it! You've got it going on!! OORRAHH!!
Wow! I had goosebumps watching 20:14 and with this music - the effect is even stronger. Another fantastic video from epic adventure. Thank you so much.
Normally, outdoor enthusiasts distain "new mines or industrial development" in our wilderness playground....YET, once these industrial ventures become vacant, we absolutly love exploring them. In fact, we want their preservation as a piece of history. Kinda ironic, but I can 100% relate.
This is by far the best video you've ever made. The channel has been evolving into something more than just off-road videos. You're starting to tell a story, and by doing so it adds so much more production value . I love it. Keep telling your story.
What I love is my 12v tea kettle, 12 v Coleman 40q cooler, 12v electric blanket and 12v mini hotlogic. With the mini hotlogic I can cook a meal while I am driving to my next mountain top. I stopped bringing a cot. After all i’m overlanding in a 2dr Wrangler. I bring a ton of gear but I can still take the roof down. This June I will be taking a 200 day road trip to 30 of the most homeless cities in the US including Anchorage. Love your channel. You have given me so many good overlanding tips! Thank you!
I JUST purchased a Gladiator sport so I've been binging on TH-cam videos the last week. I must congratulate you on your channel. The video quality, the narration, scene cuts, etc. It is AWESOME, well done. As fellow TH-camr with almost 400k subs, it shows how you pride yourself in the content that you put out. I wish I could join one of these trips one day! Dr. Carlo Oller
Amazing views, great footage, story and editing! It looked like so much fun. Now every time I see Marco cooking I get hungry! Love your videos Brad, I even saw your son smiling too!
This was so much fun with my son and these great guys. You couldn't have asked for a better trip. And yes, anytime we are now out with Marco we are all wondering what's on the menu! Thanks!
Man i can't stress this enough how awesome you guys are...especially tiu and marco...your kids are so fortunate to have parents as wonderful as you guys
Hi Brad, you and your friends are an inspiration. Fantastic camera work. Beautiful stunning scenery. Light up that trail. Wonderful. Thank you for sharing with us. Oh and yes, It's a Jeep thing...
A few years ago after Overland Expo I had a revisit to Sedona. I was at the Oak Creek Market when the Slide Rock Fire broke out, closing the canyon to Flagstaff. At the same time there was a big fire down along 17 and that way out was a mess. I headed back up Schnebly Hill, the only good way out of town. I camped not far from topping out. What a show watching the wildfire erupt up out of Oak Creek Canyon and make a night time run across the high terrain about 15 miles away. I have a couple cool rigs, an 03 Ram set up, and a fully set up 2000 TJ. Just picked up a 17 JKU and have been watching your mods and reviews for references. It's a new animal to me. Found a used gem with 15K, 2.5 AEV dual sport lift , 4.88's, an auburn e-locker, & 34x10.50 bfg's. Taking lots of notes on builds to keep it stealth, yet a trail runner like my other two. Good stuff ! Enjoy the vids.....maybe catch you out there. Peace~Out !
Amazing footage Brad... That sunset after the rain! OMG!!! Nature surprises you and you are there for that moment... WOW! The whole video is great, the entire series really, but that was a gift ;)
Tremendous production Brad! Breathtaking videography only outdone by your narration. Being in the northeast US, I am so envious of your adventures. We have gorgeous scenery here in PA and surrounding states as well. But the southwest is just SOOOOO uniquely beautiful. Thank you!!!!
Probably one of the few videos I've seen that is put together very well compared to many other 4x4 or overland videos. Good job and you got me entertained throughout your show.
The view of the golden mountains and the rain was really really spectacular!! You guys were lucky to be there that day. What an awesome scenery! I wish i can give double thumbs up for this one it really deserves it 👍🏽👍🏽
Thank you Brad for all your hard work on this channel and for your service!! I agree with most, this is by far the best TH-cam channel for Jeep Lovers!!
Hey man, my son (9) and I loved watching this... we're both AZ natives, and to hear the way you describe the views was really cool. Broken arrow never disappoints but that sky opening you experienced was really something special. Thank you for promoting the leave no trace philosophy regarding trail trash, and the respectful mindset around residents. AZ was clearly smiling upon you for a reason brother. Thanks for posting!
@@TrailRecon This lets us have adventures even on school nights 👍 and my boy loves seeing places we've been on videos. But it's obvious you're a genuinely good dude, and we consider your channel a treat to watch when we can't be out in nature ourselves. Thanks for what you do - we really enjoy your work and your thoughtfulness.
Wow that view when it stopped raining was spectacular indeed.. what a Blessing for you guys to be there at that exact moment... it actually looks like it was some CGI 😝 Loving the latest vids where we get to see some of the drivers meetings / the cave tours on foot / more of camp chat and of course Marcos delicious cooking... really feels like we part of the adventure in more ways than before !!! Keep it up!! Peace!
Now, I could be wrong about this, but after watching several videos on this channel, I'm fairly certain that Marco is "Da Man." The guy should wear a cape, I swear.
Hi Brad, some of your best video work to date, the scenery around Sedona was breathtaking. Flagstaff can get quite cold, being at 7000 feet in elevation. Can't wait for your next video.
Your channel has become a like a TV show for me. Sometimes I just pop on an episode of "TrailRecon" and enjoy. Wish I knew about your crew when I was in SoCal.
