My brother has a place in Palestine and has been telling me about this place. I just looked them up online. Looks great, I'll have to give them a try 😎
@@grillmastere I got a ribeye and filet to try it. I’m ready to get that tomahawk it looks really well marbled and flavorful . I seen a TH-cam video on one and o was impressed . Hard to get one that well marbled like that. Very very well priced . I gotta see how it compares to snake river farms. If it’s as good or close I’ll be a hassell monthly susbscriber for the price and quality you almost can’t beat it
Basically 1 min, reposition for grill marks, then another 1 min. Then Flip it and repeat. Keep a close eye on the internal temp though. That's the real indicator.
I went onto the Booth Creek site and noticed how inexpensive their Wagyu steaks are compared to other purveyors. And they don't grade their steaks. Any reason you can think of?
That was video made me really hungry 🥩
So good
Is that a marble counter top you're cutting on with that beautiful handmade knife?? 😮
Great grill and delicious steak, thank you for sharing
Thank you
Great Video!
Glad you enjoyed it
I have a question have you tried or heard anything from hassells cattle company?

I'll give them a try! You go to boothcreekwagyu.com/ and try their stuff and let me know what you think.
How long did you sear each side?

They're just getting started. As I understand it, their specialty is 100% purebred Wagyu. Everything I've gotten is highly marbled.
Let’s have an egg duel to see who’s eggs are better ;) blind tasting and it can’t be family
I've beat you once, I'll do it again 😎
Shiiiiitttt, I'd have gnawed on that bone before giving it to the dog
