    Got my grill in, place that holds the tray was bent. They are sending me a new one out Monday. Can’t wait. Gawd those steaks looked amazing man!!!! Great job.

    My thoughts on the 'Blazing Bull'. It's going to be pretty hard to develop a miniature/compact Salamander.
    Does it come close?

      I've never used one, but I'm amazed at how quickly this tool dominated my outdoor kitchen 👍

    I've had one of Grand Master E's Mill Creek steaks.. best ever.

    I think 1500 is too hot for rubs. try it with just salt next time. Also never preheat the rack on this. You should be searing from the top only.

      Actually works great with the rubs. I like simple sometimes also though 👍

    Is there a temperature adjustment on it? Or, just full blast?

    • @grillmastere
      @grillmastere  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can adjust but it’s really setup to sear at 1200 degrees 😎 You move the shelf up and down for intensity also.

    After the sear use the middle position will it bring them a little more medium?

    • @grillmastere
      @grillmastere  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yep, you can really get whatever temps you desire 😎. The butter bath is another good way to keep them cooking as well.

    Suggestion: sous vide your steaks first, then do one minute per side only.

    • @grillmastere
      @grillmastere  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yep, we've done that a few times and it's really good also! I'm a last minute cooker though 🤷‍♂️😂

      @@grillmastere Just say what it really is. If it's American or Australian Wagyu just say that. Be totally up front with your viewers in your videos. Besides that one thing this was a REALLY good video. I subscribed.

      Yeah, when I made this video I was a Wagyu newbie. I've learned a lot. I talk about it more in my other videos. Cool history 👍
