Very upsetting. Especially when millions of people watch this cooking show, we as chefs have the opportunity to educate the ordinary people through media like this about kitchen hygiene. Cleanliness begins from our homes in my opinion. If we pay an extra bit of cleanliness to our day today activities, whether it is in our homes, in our schools or our work place, I believe we can have healthier nation.
