Very nice. I have 1999 RE 500 Standard in US. I am in SF Bayarea. Just tuned the bike timing, points, and carb with WhatsApp video help from Mumbai. Installed brand new wiring harness with all new functional electronic pieces. Next it working on more items like brakes, clutch, and gears.
In the Delco cover I have seen bearing where did you purchase it and the head seems different from standard model need to know from where you have purchased it
Very nice. Please suggest me these...(In standard 2008 CI model) 1. Adjustable cam spindles are better or fixed cam spindles. 2. Copper gasket for head is better or the thin OEM Gasket. 3. What type of greese should be added to cb governor /what is the qty of greese to be added/we need to add the greese from the provided nipple or we have to open the governor and add the greese. Sorry for so many questions at once. Please spare your time and suggest me. Thanks.
1. If the old one is working fine then leave as it is, because for adjustable one you need to weld and grind it to make the the size same as that of the old er one. it should be done by an expert lathe worker. 2. OEM is best
Hi Bro, I restored my old bullet myself with the help of your videos and my ideas . Now all work finished . changed main electrical things to new including wiring. But the problem now is engline not working without chok. If i turn off the chock, the engine is getting off. Also there is smoke coming from the silencer. Checked oil level . Can you tell me whats the possibilities ? how to diagnose and fix
If you had done this video with a G2 engine, you could have get a million subscribers!! This new idiotic good for nothing engine, only mimicing the sound of a real bullet, a toy for the kids! Not the machines of the high calibre men!!
Your videos are awesome bro we are expecting more from your vast experience
