I think dharavi problem should be solved in small steps
1. No new people can go in dharavi for residence
2. If anyone own a chaul in dharavi they can only sell it to govt or adani grp & can't rent it to anyone ( prices to chaul are Negociable)
3. Provide cheap education to children in dharavi, so they can have a choice for better future
