If they put in honest hardwork and dedication.. then there will be no need to relocate people and their precious homes. All the facilities like sanitation, healthcare, water, Just the basic needs and some beautification could all be done in less money than what has been allotted. Dharavi people don't need luxury they just need basic amenities. And the way they are earning their daily bread just some recognition to that. Simple, only this will be enough and they will be happy. They will be unhappy if relocated and they will curse the culprits forever.
