- Trail running evets require a lot of gear for safety, and this is especially true for UTMB World Series avents.

I was there for the 100k in 2023 edition and somehow completed the race within time. It was an adventure planning race gear , mandatory items, travel, and accommodation all alone, but I really enjoyed the solo adventure.

Hallo i would like to do a ultra in the future (i have only just started distance running) and also looking forward to more videos😁 but one question when running these distances do you ever change shoes, socks and vest? And how often?
Hi! For 100k i didn't change anything, for 100 miles i will change both socks and shoes midway : ).
The one thing I would do for 100k if i could go back, would be to put a generous coating of vaseline on my feet at the beginning
