Good review, looks like an excellent product, thanks. I really enjoyed your ending with you caring the cans and the weight and then your dog, perfect addition.

Thank you. The best water container I have ever used. I have 6 of them. Appreciate the video.

These look really nice, I'll have to check if the nearest Lowes carries them. The ones I got from Walmart like 15 years ago suck in comparison. The air bleed valve that screws open is ingenius compared to the ones that have a plug which likes to close on me while pouring. I'd happily pay that price for something you use all day long when living primitively. Good review and good boy Darryl.

I’ve had 11 of 14 of mine sitting outside for about 2 years. Still no leaks, fading, or degradation of the plastic. They don’t bust in a deep freeze. Just be aware that Scepter does make a cheaper version. You can tell them apart by the smaller cap on the cheaper one.

The air breather can be left open to equalize air pressure to prevent bulging or collapsing due to temperature changes. Even if the walls are sturdy enough not to show the bulge or concave flex, the stress is hard on the material. Keep closed in transport but allow to breathe in camp.

That’s a good idea. My only concern would be contamination if they’re not airtight. I can definitely see where they could degrade with years of expanding and contracting. Thanks for the insight
