I feel like this is probably one of the worst investment I’ve ever made in my life. So I bought this printer over two years ago and during that time before I bought it I ran through two other printers. Seeing how I had no one to talk to about what devices to use I had to teach myself and do all my own homework online. I came across a company named graphics one (which since then has changed their name twice) on TH-cam that did many tutorials using OKI printers. I loved the way their prints came out in the tutorials, The colors were so vibrant and the transfers looked legit. **THE BULLSHIT** The sales rep that sold me this printer told me that it was not compatible with an iMac computer and that I needed to purchase a PC. Not only did I need to purchase a PC but I needed this program also to run it which I guess was worth $500. I was told if I didn’t purchase the program that it would only be a $300 difference between me getting the program and not getting the program with my final total. On their TH-cam channel they preach that their t shirt transfers last up to 52 washes... I was lucky if it made it to 3 washes without the transfers peeling or fading. A few months into having this printer I noticed that the levels on the toner are starting to get low. So I reach out to them to figure out how much it’s gonna cost for some new toner... Welp!!! They told me it was going to be about $1100. This printer comes with four drums and each drum is $260 which comes out to $1,040. **ReCap** So at the time of purchasing this printer with all the BS they came with it and the program I think I spent about $4100(advertised price is $3,499). I spent another $500 on a new laptop through Rent-A-Cent (that I didn’t need) My grand total for this piece of shit was $4,600!
Hola estoy en las mismas que tu, muy caro el papel y no dura nada el transfer, vi un video con papel bifaz ponerle en vez de la hoja siliconada, voy a probar a ver si sale,...ya no se que uso darle a la impresora....
When I do these exact steps ALL my images come out muted. None are ever vibrant like the one being demonstrated. Also, she said that you need 2 types of paper after you have transferred to the shirt for either a shiny look or a muted look. I was never informed that there are different finishing papers...
From their site with their most current models: OKI C831TS - utilizes CMYK toners to print on white or light-colored garments and substrates OKI C711WT - uses CMY plus White toners, so any design can be printed on light or dark garments OKI Pro 8432WT - uses CMY plus White or Black toners (white and black are swappable.)
I am havimg problems with the process of transfering A to B. half of it transfers over only. any tips? I go for 90 sec like suggested, medium pressure, 310degrees F
I want to buy this printer OKI Data C610n Digital LED Color Laser Printer, I would like to know if this printer can be used for paper IMAGE-CLIP-Laser-Light-Self-Weeding-Heat-Transfer-Paper I use the printer I'm buying, please wait for your prompt reply , thanks
I deleted the background of my picture on photoshop so the small squares show up behind it but for some reason when I print, it's printing a white background instead of no background. What am I doing wrong?
I'm confused, she is wearing a lavaliere mic, which should capture her voice directly, yet the audio is taken from the camera mic, evidenced by the reverberant sound and significant camera handling noise. What gives?
+Gilbert Grillo, I work at the distributor of OKI White toner printers in Moscow, Russia. We make a lot of printing tests with FOREVER transfer papers. The system shown on this video is the FOREVER LASER-DARK (NO-CUT) LOWTEMP - 2-sheet system: A-Foil - polypropylene matt covered sheet for printing and B-Paper with white opaque polymer glue.
Great! I am actually looking forward into getting the OKI 910WT printer, as well the FOREVER LASER PAPER so I doing my research. I had my mind set on the OKI 711WT but then it cross my mind about the larger size when it came to larger t-shirt and designs. Thought I would avoid a problem if I went with the OKI 910WT printer, only problem is a big over my budget, double the amount. From your experiences on the OKI printer, overall what do you think of the 711WT & 910WT? And if you can tell me once the designs are printed to the t-shirt does it hold on well, long lasting?
+Gilbert Grillo, yes 920WT is 2 times expensive than 711WT, but prices for consumables for 920WT printer are cheaper, so the Total Cost of Ownership is lower than 711WT. FOREVER transfer materials can hold 20-30 washing cycles, the finishing with hot stamping foil increases the washing fastness up to 50 cycles! Please remember that you can transfer images and logos not only to textiles, but also onto leather, silk, cardboard, glass, wood, paper, polypropylene, nylon, candles and many more materials of any colors!
Hi please Help me guys. I am having the same problems especially with WHITE COLOUR images (Forever Laser Dark Low temp). All the rest of the colours are getting transferred really well but not with white colour. I have wasted almost 40 pcs of the Forever paper and getting frustrated with it. i tried lowering and increasing the temperature by (+-5 to 20 degrees Celcius) and also adjusted the timing by (+-10 to 20 seconds) nothing seems to work. I also adjusted the heat press pressure many times from light, medium to high. i also tried cleaning my top part of the heat press and aligning the bottom heat press pad just in case if there is indentation on the surface and still it does not work. I tried placing the papers on many parts of the heat press clamp from the top bottom middle(as how we all place them) and left to right and it did work but it works occasionally if placed in the middle still not consistent. I have adjusted the oki c711wt printer settings from +3 to -3 on white toner density settings. I also tried to edit my white graphic images by adding 2 to 3 layers of white image on the same place and it did not work too. But now i am running at the lowest setting -3 on the oki c711wt because i read on some page that the white toner should be set at the lowest because it takes longer for the white toner to bond to b-paper because of it's high temperature melting point and if you put on high desity it will be thicker toner and longer time to stick. I also tried to press the images while the white transparent A-foil still on the surface of the garment before and after cooling with a Squeegee and it did not work. i have noticed that if i increase the pressure it seems to improve a little bit for the b paper to stick better but it will also get some of the B-paper glue to bleed and smudge the surface of the foil film-A. The images will get transferred nicely onto garment if all the white surface of the B-paper sticks evenly to A-foil meaning that it should not leave any white spots on B-paper that can be seen under a bright light. But still, it is not consistent for the papers to marry evenly even when your last transfer was exceptionally good with the same exact settings and time. I have invested a whole lot of money and time on this system. I had not many issues with vinyl heat transfers and it was a constant good results after doing it for the past 2 years.
Yes, you can. But there are several limitations: 1) You can't print images containing white color as your printer is CMYK without white. 2) Colors of images you're going to print must be at least 80% color density or even more; no halftones.
I'm owner oki pro 8432 wt. Oki pro 9541wt new machine benefits is true black color print out. But I have many negative opinion between uninet icolor laser printer. I would have unit icolor 600. Price lower. Includes RIP soft ware. Specially tonor mapping system. It is you can switch back white underlay or overlay. Also switch to fluorescent color tonor, and true black tonor switch. This oki is not. What is going on oki. I'm so disappointment I bought last year 8432 wt. They really need update firmware. Because it looks like exactly same machine with different brand name.
why is there so many steps just to do one shirt? that was a long process just for one t-shirt and if i have over 100 shirt to do that will take days dont you think? dont get me wrong i like the way you did this but its too long of a process... thanks for the video
It's a step by step process she went through. We do this everyday utilizing 2 heat presses, which optimizes a lot. All different process - screen print, vinyl, embroidery, dtg has some problems to deal with. We pretty much use them all and know for sure that we always have to deal with some kind of trouble. But we love it.
I don't know if you're in the business or not, but almost every single process of t-shirt printing is labor-intensive and time-consuming. Heat Transfer Vinyl? 100 shirts can take weeks LOL. Screen Printing? Much quicker but expensive and labor intensive. DTG? Long process and expensive initial investment. And so on.... Printing garments is almost never a "simple" process so I don't see this as a hugely bug deal.
Hi, Sorry I know this comment is over a year old but I have recently began looking at Print and Cut (Printable vinyl beat transfer). I have been doing standard vinyl t shirts which is just one colour and want to look into printable vinyl as I can offer photographic images on dark t shirts. Would you say that this is a somewhat fast process compared to DTG? Thanks
hey, Great video, but im having a few problems! when i apply the b paper and go for 90 seconds, the print seems ware off on to the the b paper an then when i go to print, i loose alot of the details? am i using to much pressure or heat?? thanks!!
Your lower plate of the hea tpress is not enought hot - the polymer on the B-paper is getting cold fast while you're separating B-Paper from A-Foil or you make the separating not on the lower plate of the heat press. It is extremely important to separate A and B sheets on the HOT lower plate. When polymer of B-paper is cold it sticked firmly to the toner on A-foil and take it off from A-Foil.

Hi I like your viedo. But I have question where can I get the paper.? Thanks
I’m using no cut transfer vinyl n the colors not transferring when I use it. Is there a reason why
It is possible to realize the same process using an Oki c610? Please! I need an answer!
After finish the t-shirt will be soft as DTG printer our it is similar as transfer paper for dark garment. So hard touch. Thank You.
Do you have a package on this product? How much it cost? How about the maintenance?
hi, this tranfer paper can use for Epson 1430 mechine. Thanks
difference between this printer and a 8431wt printer??
From their site with their most current models:
OKI C831TS - utilizes CMYK toners to print on white or light-colored garments and substrates
OKI C711WT - uses CMY plus White toners, so any design can be printed on light or dark garments
OKI Pro 8432WT - uses CMY plus White or Black toners (white and black are swappable.)
Nice fashion and presentation Thanks for sharing.

Black is a composite Black.
I am havimg problems with the process of transfering A to B. half of it transfers over only. any tips? I go for 90 sec like suggested, medium pressure, 310degrees F
Ok, question: What if Im printing white shirt to black toner? Does the printer print black toner? LMK thanks.

Hello do TMT OKI Pro 7411WT and OKI 711 WT is working the same way? can you make a video for TMT OKI Pro 7411WT .. please ...?
What is the print format of A4 or A3?
how you call the film paper and where can I buy it. thanks
How do you check PSI?
I deleted the background of my picture on photoshop so the small squares show up behind it but for some reason when I print, it's printing a white background instead of no background. What am I doing wrong?
Verify your image is saved as PNG
To print without white background from Photoshop, use the Clipping path Tool.
@@GraphicsOneLLC I did that but the path is very clean and it leaves a scratchy white outline around the object still. What am I doing wrong?
I was told to calibrate my printer to -3 toner for white. Is that what you do? Or just all default toner calibration?
Yes you do :)
How much is the oki711wt printer?
I'm confused, she is wearing a lavaliere mic, which should capture her voice directly, yet the audio is taken from the camera mic, evidenced by the reverberant sound and significant camera handling noise. What gives?
who said the mic is connected? Still a great video.

Alzonia, are you rocking with OKI, Im looking to net with someone in this field
What if I want to be trained, how can it cost me?
Hi, a quick question to the matte sheet and the other sheet. What are the correct names you would use when I was to go purchase it?
You can use parchment paper or baking paper or silicone paper. We use baking silicone paper.
Thank you for your help. Do you own one of the OKI printers?

You need a good quality swing away heatpress. I have been successful with a clampshell after a lot of hit and miss. But a swing away will be better.
can we use any type of printer for this?
No. It has to be the OKI 711 WT
Great info but you printer is overpriced on your website
What is the thickness of the film used in printing? Tks
whats the name of the final paper to give it the Matt look?
Parchment paper
great video
