The temperature is a real struggle because most people bake them first at 200C for 10-15 mins and reduce heat to 180C and bake for 25-30 mins. During the 2nd heat, you want to gradually reduce 10C each time you see the eclair starts browning fast. This recipe uses a different heat and baking time, I'll try it next time. The taste is okay. I'll try to mix half of the cream cheese and half of the mascarpone for more tiramisu taste in the next try.

그리고 슈를 더 잘 부풀게 하려면 온도를 처음에 뽝 올려서 굽는 게 나을까요??
