    아 이 레시피로 어제 해봤는데요.... 진짜 왕맛있습니다... 단맛도 적당하고 겉에도 진짜 완전ㅠ 맛있어요... 뭣보다 간단해서 정말 할 만 했던 것 같네요.... 최곱니다! 👍👍

    에클레어 처음 만들어 봤어요
    영상보다 엄청 크게 만들어져서 절반 갯수 정도가 나왔는데 크림 가득한 대왕 에클레어를 먹을 때 기분이 너무 좋네요 보관 후 다음 날 먹어도 맛있지만 갓 구운 바삭한 에클레어는 더 맘에 드네요

    Just tried Helen Rennie's version and they deflated after 40 mins of baking at 180ºC. Will give these a crack next - all looks pretty similar tbh. Thanks!

      Preheat 180 C for 15 min
      Bake 160 C for 25 min
      Precalentar horno a 180 C por 15 min
      hornear eclair a 160 C por 25 min
      C = grados celsius

    크림이 짱~! 먹으면 부드러울 것 같아요^^ 먹어보고 싶네요~~ 8:58에서 크림 누르시는 장면에서 꼭 만들어 보고 싶다는 생각을 강렬하게 했던거 같네요§(* ̄▽ ̄*)§ 크림을 넣을 때 필요한 파이퍼(?)만 있으면 당장이라도 만들어보고 싶어요!!

      스테비아는 사용해 보지 않았는데 설탕이 단 맛도 내주지만 식감, 모양 등등에 영향을 주는데 스테비아는 설탕과는 조금 달라서 베이킹에 사용할 경우 결과물이 다르게 나올 수 있다고 하더라구요~

    에끌레어ㅠㅠ 진짜 좋아하는데ㅠㅠ 귀엽고 짧아서 먹기 더 편할 것 같아요!! 혹시 바닐라 빈 페이스트 말고 그냥 바닐라 씨 발라낸거랑 껍질 같이 넣고 해두되나요??

      아무래도 최대한 빨리 먹는게 제일 맛있는 것 같아요~
      1~2일 정도는 냉장보관 가능할 것 같고 더 오래 보관할 경우에는 냉동보관이 좋을 것 같아요~^^
