i love this version in comparison o the studio version, you can really hear the parts each member perfected in the studio and this feels like a document of them getting their feeling to that point.
wow i'd never heard of this band but TH-cam's algorithm brought me here, and this song rules! mclusky meets Slint meets The Stooges' "LA Blues"? i'm down!
Very interesting band I heard last night on the radio. Is it me or is there a bit of Captain Beefheart? The sax reminds me of Ted Milton from Blurt too
Song is going along nicely, very intriguing... then at the 2:39 point, it becomes something else entirely and absolutely essential listening.
why are people so obsessed with comparing it to other shit. just let it be what it is
bestfullyy LOL. That's how rock and indie music listeners are. It's to show off the extent of their musical knowledge. 😏
bestfullyy agree 1000%
Average Slint fan
I've never pulled over a vehicle to listen to a song but my god I lost all concentration on the road when I heard this. More please x
I love the violins in this version

Excellent.
Amazing tune
It's like somebody mixed Slint with Romeo Void.
But of a Xiu Xiu vibe to the vocals at points too
Need more!
Fucking amazing
I have said something similar somewhere else about something else but I don't know what it was
Is the picture at the top taken from that coen brothers short film about the old dude digging for gold?
Holy shit!
June of 44
Money.. loss... frailty and fakery?
