Feel really sorry for all of the group members. I can feel the pain it gives after months of planning, preparations, expenditure and dreams of completing such an expedition and ending it like this. Really hail the courage of going by Kedartal and Patangini Dhar, which is a rare choice for a big trek like Auden's Col. You achieved Kedartal, Patangini Dhar, Mirinda Lake and Auden's Col, which is itself a good gain, although you missed Khatling Glacier, Masar Tal, Mayali Pass and Vasuki Tal. Learnt a lot watching your video about how trekkers' and porters' attitudes and conditions can be in such high altitude and high risk trek expeditions, and why buffer days are necessary. Learnt also that no matter how many people propose and board on the train, it's the mountains which will decide whom they allow and whom they dispose. There is a plan for an equally difficult trek, namely Panpatia Col, for a few of us here from Kolkata, this May-June. Although we are not with many experiences over many years, we have a few good high altitude experiences. If you have any video or documentary regarding Panpatia Col, please feel free to share them here, which will help as guidance. I think nothing is required to be told about the entire cinematography there. It is fantastic.
This reminds me of our attempt of Audens Col when we crossed the Col in 2006 September. Got down on Khatling glacier successfully. I congratulate your team for having successfully completing the expedition.
Dear trakkers u did very well at the beginning. But slowly ur team members faded up. The problem with the Indian trakker is gear. V should choose our equipment carefully what is essential or not. That costs u extra porter/means big group which is difficult to handle some one loosing or left far behind even porters too creative problem. V did this track in 2008.one member left nala camp. Second porter left before col. Guide left us before col. V all four members decided to continue camped 100mtr.below the col. Left there extra weight. Finally v did it without guide. Thanks God.
Very good video... I could recollect memories of 2010 when we crossed Auden'Col & Mayali Pass via Rudugaira Bc to reach Kedarnath... Ramesh was our guide too... I was curious about the view of Patangini Dhar that you crossed... Really great job... I appreciate & congratulate you all... That is by all means a great achievement to cross Patangini Dhar & reach Auden'Col top
Same thing happened with us. One member left at the rudugaira camp . Porter left us at second camp eventhen v kept our moral high and keep going without guide and porter. Camped at side of crevasse just 150 mtr below col. Completed it and reached gangi. In Uttrakhand guide and porter are not reliable nor they are professional.
Hey Rahul superb documentary, had been to lachung and then zero point @15300 feet.So can understand how difficult this journey was.Kudos to all the members of your team, who achieved these.Great
Hey rahul, great job on the video.. loved each and every part of this great beautiful trek..... you were lucky to have beautiful weather. thank you for the amazing vidoes of the journey .. this is always so special for me as I did the same route in 2009 crossing all the 3 passes with Ramesh's elder brother Balwant... its 1of the most beautiful treks of my life.
porters went back to Gangotri and came back so fast ..omg..bravo ! you guys are awesome..this not normal..this is awesome..ignore critics..u can't make everyone happy..loved the video :)
Everything superb except the accent of the voiceover. I think it is repelling the amateur or enthusiastic audience.. you may want to try a simple voice over that feels welcoming more than bossy..
This trek is definitely much tougher than the everest base camp, also you guys were not taking proper acclimatisation days!! Thanks god for the sherpa's in nepal, the porter situation can be such a mess otherwise.
Who the fuck is narrating !!?? That's what I am curious to know.. That bassy voice like those on a national geographic..😁, but seriously well documented video..
Nice hike, beautiful surroundings. But please stop this ridiculous accent, its like you guys are going to climb Annapurna for the first time. Especially the introduction by the first guy, so serious and full of ego. Overexacurated which is a shame because of the beauty of the mountains.
too much unnecessary talking & too much describing about self achievement which totally not satisfied about this video ...this should be trek documentary not about promoting self achieving program..less describing about ghraval himalaya and not pointing the story of the location...
Loved the video, great job Rahul! My favourite clip : when two members break into the song and dance sequence! Kudos to those two!
thanks
Respect❤❤💯
Superb
I am fan of that guide! Thank you for this video buddy.

What an amazing expedition. Thanks for sharing your courageous story with the world.
Excellent 👌. Video

Hats off for porters. They are really the toughest guys.

can you tell me about the cost?
Satyajit Das we did not go through any agency... Cost was approximately 60,000/- per head
Thanks, Mr. Rahul for your reply. if you have your guide number then can you give me that?
Rahul Dandavate But we did it at the cost of 6,000/- per head and we did this trek without any agency.
@IN THE CILLAGE! 6000? I dont understand how is that even possible
porters went back to Gangotri and came back so fast ..omg..bravo ! you guys are awesome..this not normal..this is awesome..ignore critics..u can't make everyone happy..loved the video :)
Thanks
Critics will always be there...why to bother about them
It's common for people from coastal regions to catch High Altitude sickness, nonetheless She reached this far is a remarkable thing!
Good video. However, I personally would have preferred less music. It was distracting....Thanks.
Thanks
Similar events happened to us and we had to return from Auden's Col. Could not cross beyond it
Campfire not appreciated.....It is illegal and unethical in a National Park....
True

What was that app you were using for designating the altitudes and plotting them on a graph?
Thanks in advance.
Debayan Chatterjee An app called MyTracks

I could connect myself with the trek narration because I did this trek...there is no exaggeration at all!
Great video you got there! That summit gave me goosebumps! What camera did you shoot on?
✌️🙂👍💐
What is with the accent you can do it without it as well it has been done by many so don't make it that you were the only ones
Stupid background music
Yahi saari commentary agar hindi me bhonk kar ki hoti to kitna acha hota lekin english ki taang todne ki aadat nahi jati. Fuudduuuu......
