This movie needs more love. You may be a little lost if you don't watch the series, but I think it would still work as a standalone movie. And the shots of New York City are beautiful.

Always thought that 1)Noth was the BEST actor-and Logan the most charismatic,interesting detective in the Law and Order franchise and 2) how interesting and cool it was that his character ha the flag pin LONG BEFORE 911

@basorexia He was on L&O until he punched a politician (Noth left the show because of a salary dispute), he later reappeared on CI until the end of Season 7 when Logan decided to quit.

I liked this movie. It had a good morale tale in it does Logan want to solve a murder for the right reasons or is it so he can get back to his old job.

No, he was acquitted. The only justice was from Mike Logan's fist.

I think that this movie would have been better as TV show material. It would have been better as movie material if they made it into something like a major human trafficking case that would be the biggest of all human trafficking cases ever. Ironically, a movie was made about that subject which stared Mira and Michael Sorvino, Paul Sorvino's two children.
