Can I just say, as an L&D RN, that you are my dream patient?? How wonderful of you to show your appreciation to your nurses this way! I can count on one hand the special gifts I’ve received from patients over the years. Not that it’s necessary, but let’s face it. Nursing is tough! And to know you’re appreciated is beautiful!😘💗💙💗💙 Praying for you and for Lynnette Yoder and your families as the hurricane approaches! You guys have been in my thoughts.🙏❤️🙏
Hi! I'm having a scheduled csection in a few months. What shifts would you recommend I make baskets for? The surgery team, am and then pm shift?! I truly appreciate all nurses.
Mom of 3 young adult kids...... we all know the nurses actually do all the hard work to bring our babies into the world, the Dr. is called, comes in, delivers the baby & gets all the adulation. But us Moms, we know who deserves it the most on that day!!! I am now recovery from Appendectomy. My nurses meant everything to me & I told them so!!
I worked as a L&D Nurse over 25 years ago and it wasnt common practice to get nurse gifts so I never had a Mama thank me with gifts. Looking at your baskets.... That is really going to mean so much to your nurses. We end up missing lots of breaks and lunches and sometimes, just a little grab and go snack is just perfect to keep us able to be where we need to be, when we need to be there. Seriously, the gesture from your family speaks volumes of the kindness in your hearts. Also, just a quick easy trick to attach cards to baskets... A hole punch for the corner of the card or tag and a bit of curling ribbon or anything that ties, even a twist tie works. Okay, I have to unpause to get back to the foooooddddd!!

As a registered nurse I can tell you that although gifts aren't common practice, they are such a sweet gesture and will be very much appreciated!!! Especially food😋 Very thoughtful and kind of you. Prayers for a safe and healthy delivery.
Your nurses gifts are wonderful! They definitely deserve many thanks for their hard work. My first son was born 38 years ago, and I had one nurse. She was an angel. I was in labor for almost 22 hours and it was back labor. It was a natural labor and my nurse Lisa stayed with me passed her shift because we hit it off so well and she didn’t want to leave. I’ll never forget her kindness and selflessness. Thank you NURSES! I made a dip last week that was so delicious! It’s 1lb. Jimmy Dean sausage, 8 oz cream cheese, and a jar of your favorite salsa. Easy, Peasy and scrumptious. Praying for a safe delivery and healthy mom and baby! Love you all!❤️

TFS Kim. Hope you all stay safe & sound. Those baskets turned out great!! I usually quickly sew on ribbon to the card to tie to the basket or punch a hole in it. I feel like people are quick to complain & rarely share gratitude. I think it's important to be & show your appreciation.

You said it so much better than I did.
Just to let you know your basket’s for the maternity staff mean a lot🤗 I have worked in maternity for 22 years and we absolutely enjoy the goodies sometimes your goodies our are lunch on busy days❤

As a Post Partum night shift nurse, very much appreciated. We have to raffle off the actual basket because Everyone wants that. No donuts… coffee! So pretty! The lip balms and pens I get excited about. Good to see you , I honestly thought you’d be induced on the 26th. I enjoy your family so much. Thank you for sharing
Let me not say no donuts, I don’t want anyone coming after me…it’s all appreciated, that fact tat you took the time and thought to put it together, it means so much. You ARE that woman across the room💃🏽
Your so wonderful, didn’t even know ladies in labour were supposed to think of nurse gifts!!! 👍🏻👍🏻Hope your all ok in this crazy Florida weather.🤞🏻🤞🏻
Omgggg, I listen to (well, watch) the same podcast while I'm either working or cleaning. It's amazing!
Hi! I'm folding laundry while I watch this. My four year old is having a snack next to me. He saw Wentworth and asked if we could have a play date. We live in Germany. 😆
Stay safe from this hurricane. Can’t wait to see that sweet baby(boy) I’m thinking.
Hi Kim, I had all kinds of skin issues I went to every doctor every dermatologist nobody could figure it out. I started using that Lysol sanitizer in my wash and I haven’t had a skin problem since. I love the scent of it.
Please be careful with the hurricane, be safe !
I'M IN FLORIDA TOO SISTER!!!! HOPEFUL WE GET THROUGH THIS SWIFTLY🙏🌩🌊🤒☔❣
We always love getting appreciation gifts like that.

You never cease to AMAZE me!!!
Do you ever stop and smell the candles??
❤️💕 You look amazing… game day… lol, I thought you were thinking this was YOUR delivery day.
I just love your personality. You crack me up! Please keep doing what you do!
Sending prayers for your family's safety before Ian hits in your area. Love & hugs to all
I SO love that you are so grateful for and spoil your nurses!
The way the baby (belly) entered the cooking/football scene a full second before Kim had me rolling, I kept rewatching it 🤣
haha yup! It usually enters the room before I do for sure!! haha
I just want to say the way you love on your family and those around you through food, housekeeping, and gifts is so comforting and motivating. Not mention doing it in max pregnancy mode… my hats off to you, momma!
Many prayers 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻for you and your family Kim as Ian heads your way. Love your channel so much. It always puts “a little happy” in my day 😊
I was so happy to hear you mention crime weekly. I love them soooooooooo much!
And I really like watching these cleaning and cooking videos. They really motivate me lol
Kim, the pop up Kim puns made my day! Sending love and best wishes for all of you & I hope God keeps Ian on a leash. I hope you get that hurricane party Alex wants, power stays on & Waddlet #5 needs to chill with mama. Be blessed always Wads family & friends. You are loved! xoxo PS-Crime Weekly with Derrick & Stephanie is awesome.
Aw "Waddlet", that's such a cute word!
Hello Kim and family, I live in Ohio and I just love you and your wonderful family.
I’m praying for you and your family during hurricane Ian, I hope you stay safe!
Love and blessings 🙏🏻

Those baskets are soooo cute they’re gonna be thrilled
Girl you are amazing, the amount of things you get done for the videos and deal with every day life…Wow
I love my Lysol laundry sanitizer! I use it in every load, and it really helps with stinky towels! I secretly also use it in my carpet cleaner and sometimes to mop my kitchen 🤣
Yeaaah!! I have noticed a difference in the towels for sure!
@@thewadsquad Not sure if the Lysol laundry stuff I've used before is the same (same shape but had a blue cap) but the directions said to put in the fabric softener compartment. I can't find it in my area anymore and I'm sooo bummed! :( lol hope you are all staying safe and well :)
The baskets are great! It’s better than the mountain on the counter & yes it’s oh so satisfied to clean the lint trap! We are so weird & easily entertained! 😂
I always have so much to say while I’m watching 😂 but I told myself I’d keep it short! Kim, you look amazing - wish for you a smooth delivery and fingers crossed for another water birth. Peoples mouth would drop watching the amount that you do- but we can just say- oh it’s Kim 💁🏻♀️ she’s a different species 😂 - she’s supermom! As always --amazed! And those sliders looked DELICIOUS 🤤
I pray you are safe and well. And away from this awful storm. Maybe that could be a baby name! Storm Wadsworth? You are always a wonderful break in my day. Everytime I watch your videos I feel better and lifted up. "Put a little happy in your day" is a perfect slogan for your channel!!!
Btw, I pray you have a good delivery. Can't wait to see the new Wad!! Can't imagine any child as cute as Meridith but I know you can do it because ALL of your children a amazing. Wish I lived closer... I would gladly be a grandmother for those babies. 😁💕
Up and ready for this!! Love my Tuesday's, Thursday's and Saturday's!!!!
I'm right there with you!!!!
Why get out of bed 🛌 on SUNDAYS, MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS?!
@@kathykwilliams6457 yaasssss!!! My thoughts exactly!
That is so sweet that you are making thank you baskets for the nurses. My daughter in law works in labor and delivery and would be so appreciative. Prayers that you and your all safe from the hurricane. ❤
Hope you guys are safe and that “Lil Wads” is here!

Good Morning!!! Fun fact Pepperidge Farm was started by a house wife. Thanks to her we have delicious Milanos here in America 😋
The labor and delivery nurses gifts were so thoughtful and sweet. What a way to show such appreciation ♥️
Kim, I hope you, Alex, and the little are all safe. Praying for Florida and everyone there. 💚💛🧡
Lol!!! Yes that power point comedian was soooo funny!!! I’m sending you positive vibes and a smooth delivery for your fifth and final!!!!💗😍
I was born during a hurricane in Orlando 70 years ago…all will be well. You truly make me smile and I admire you greatly. Best wishes for a safe delivery 😊❤
As a nurse of 45 years I appreciate that you are recognizing the nurses. I worked and managed ICU's and other areas and I kniow nurses get the brunt of anger from patients and doctors...so thank you
Enjoyed watching. You are a kind and generous patient with the best personality. Can't wait to see the new addition. Stay safe. 🙂🙏🙏
L&D nurse here🙋🏼♀️ so very thankful for any nurses station snacks provided for us, sometimes that quick snack is all we have to power through our 12 hour shift! Good luck Kim, can’t wait to see you bundle of joy❤
I have worked in hospitals for 40 years and in Surgery and it is always a sweet appreciated treat. I have always given large tubs of peppermint patties as a Thank you as well after a surgery.
Thank you Kim for all you do ❤you’re such an inspiration and you never fail to crack me up 😆 ❤
TFS Kim. Hope you all stay safe & sound. Those baskets turned out great!! I usually quickly sew on ribbon to the card to tie to the basket or punch a hole in it. I feel like people are quick to complain & rarely share gratitude. I think it's important to be & show your appreciation.
Another great video!!! Praying for y'all during these ruf waters. Tell baby to wait till the storm passes.💘💕🥰 Love from Charlotte NC
You made me laugh so much….you always put a lot of happy in my day!!! Kim, I pray that you and your family will be safe and protected with this hurricane coming🙏🙏!!
