New E class is absolutely breathtaking everytime i see one on the road its got so much presence. And the interior is out of this world. In about 5 years all car industry will copy that interior like they did for the W222
A lot of the new bimmers no longer have the iDrive controller. Also you did not mention the fact that the BMW no longer has a shifter, rather they use a selector switch in the console while the Mercedes comes with the shifter/stalk attached to the steering column which is very cool IMHO. Nice presentation.

I care anout engine, performance and reliability. Yep. Merc seems to be the king. Bmw lost with their common platform. I don’t want to carry this huge car around just because this size is needed for the electric version. What merc does by producing electric versions on a different platform gives consumers better cars. Sorry bmw. I own a g30 and i think g60 is definitely a step back. The C-Class Sedan didnt best the 3 Series in a single Generation and the E-Class had one single Generation where it was arguably better than BMW (W124). Every other Gen the 5 Series was better.
