Honestly both winners in my book. Being on a diet so love a breast but when i wanna cheat that fat of the thigh just hits the spot. Will say I tweaked a recipe from Mad Scientist BBQ and its a game changer for Chicken Breast although not as healthy and lean as a normal breast

Yep and fortunately both breasts and thighs can be cooked using methods that really give a great flavor. I actually prefer breasts for chicken tacos!
@@HolySmokesBBQ Is it diced in the tacos or do you cook it to be able to shred it if so that definitely sounds interesting.
I’ve done it both ways. I make small street tacos with diced chicken with a cilantro lime marinade, or I shred it for more traditional tacos.
