At the end she's basically Fakirs pet, he can't communicate with her anymore (besides dancing ig lol) despite everything they went through together, I was hoping that she'd at least stay human so she could talk to her friends, even if she never saw Miuto again.
Fr I was soo mad because the prince got a happy ending without even doing anything for almost half the show, while duck sacrificed her whole humanity and everyone she loved for him, I hope if there’s a third season I’d like it to be about duck turning back to a human and livening happily ever after with frakir.
Fakir is shown writing in the ending. Any time he writes about Duck, he can sense her thoughts and motivations -- that's a pretty clean way to communicate. The fact is that Duck was just a duck. She *chose* to go back to what she truly was, because that's what she believed to be right. She defied Drosselmeyer's fate for her in every way.
That’s the point though. Those who accept their destiny get happiness. Mytho and Rue accepted their traditional roles and went on to have happy if cliche endings. Ahiru and Fakir defied their fate and saved the whole town and everyone they care about. It doesn’t matter if no one else remembers-what they did was still glorious. So it’s exactly like Edel said. Ahiru sacrificed her happiness for that moment of glory when she saved the town. But at least she survived, unlike in the original story 🫤

I hope this show got remake adaptacion like silor moon, tokyo mew mew and other. And I hope if there is was a remake, I hope they make it happy ending like turning her (heroine) into human not a duck, Which I know she was actually a duck from the start, but why not make her have her own happy ending with the black hair dude. I just feel is was unfair for her. Meanwhile, the villain ends up having a happy ending with her prince.
