Attention: it's gives electric shock even if it's not connected to a power supply. Because of the capacitor. Discharge it first by short circuit by screwdriver or wire . Then hand it.
Who ever taught u to discharge a capacitor by shorting it, taught you how to stuff up equipment, connect a resistor to safely discharge it.
Maybe plug it to the laptop and unplug from the electric sorce and start the computer. It will consume the rest of the energy inside of the charger. With me work always and any electric devices.. ✨️ thx for the tip how to open.. all the best
hi sir please i have a question my laptop charger part of its cable get really hot so the laptop keep disconecting if i cut the damaged part and solder it will be fixed and if it yes the output power of the charger will not change.thank you
