can you do a fixing video for fixing simple charging pin @0:49 I badly need it right now. Because of lockdown in country, all repairing shops are closed. I have to do it at home.
Is there a way to skip the curciit board and solder the cables straight to the pin? I have the same charger as you and I get power when testing the white and black cable but not when I test it on the soldering points at the pin connector. Nothing seems loose, so my guess is that the circuit board is broken in some way? Thanks for a great video.
Technically it's possible, but I'm not sure what exactly the circuit board does. If it's a safety device that turns OFF the power when the battery is full, bypassing it could cause a lot of problems for you. It's probably better to buy a new or a used charger at this point.
@@Your-Self thank you, you are right. I will put an order for a new one instead. My first thought was that the board was just for the diod to show when the computer was charging or not.
i dont think we have the same problem soooo i wanted to see if you knew anything, the tip of my charger broke off, i wanna know how to fix it, can you make a tutorial or atleast reply to this comment?

Very good video with good closeup scenes. But 20 V is pretty dangerous. Keep safe!

Not sure. Try to Google it, and maybe something will come up. Since I fixed mine, I didn't have to look for a replacement. Good luck!
