I wish I consumed more dairy growing up. I'm 20 now so no doubt i stopped growing and no matter what I do I can't grow taller than what I am which is 5'4".
@ok I mean I don't think it works like that, but if you are 16 then you still got time to grow and maybe even more than what you expected. But I actually learned the real reason why the Dutch are the tallest people in the world. I mean It is because of them consuming a lot of dairy, but it's because the Dutch are naturally tall and over the centuries have been specific with marrying taller or equally taller people and not an inch shorter. What determines your height is really genetics. Like I may have some Dutch in me but I take on more of my southern Italian genes and Italians in the southern region are short people, like below 5'6" or so. But some may be taller but most are around that height. My father is 5'5". And a guy I knew back in high school who was Sicilian was two inches shorter than me and he was two years older. But you should be happy you are even 6'0", though I am proud of my height it does have its disadvantages.
@ok I mean you got until 18 years old before your body officially stops growing and a lot can happen between now and then. But like I said it depends on genetics most of the time. How tall is your family? Mother? Brother? Father? Sister? Relatives? Cousins?
@ok I was going to say that you seem a bit young for facial hair but becuase I'm much older anyone younger than 18 looks like they're much much younger than they are to me. Plus I started growing facial hair around 13 so I take back my thoughts and say the reason why you can't grow facial hair is due to genetics as well. Also where are you from? Because I'm American and do not understand the metrics. It's ridiculous, sometimes I wish we did go metric. Would make sense since the rest of the world is.

Obviously a 5ft 7 can live in the Netherlands just fine but native dutch men will usually tower over you. Im 6ft 4 and id say atleast 20% of the men my age (20-35) are my height or taller, when you travel abroad especially outside of Europe you notice how tall we really are, I only met 2 people my height in 3 months in the phillipines/Thailand and at age 16 I was getting constant stares in NYC at about 6ft 3 height.
Theres a genetic maximum for your height, if you dont eat/sleep enough or are seriously ill while young you will not reach the genetic potential for your height but you still give your max genetic height to your children so if they eat better they grow taller, if then women prefer to have children with taller men the average 'genetic max height' of a population increases overtime. In a society where women do not choose their husbands and child fathers but they are arranged a partner women do not enforce sexual selection which favors better genes so the population doesn't really become taller/stronger/smarter or whichever genes women favour for mating.
In my experience, the Germans in Saxony and especially Schleswig-Holstein are taller then the Dutch and IMO the tallest in western Europe. 185 cm to even 188 cm looks average for men with 190 cm the beginning of tall for men in this region of Germany. But when I was in Bavaria and Baden-Wurttemburg most German men looked under 178 cm with 175 cm and even 173 cm looking very average for German men with these Germans looking shorter on average then a majority of Europeans anywhere in Europe. Italy was the same way with Italians in most of Southern Italy looking 173 to 175 cm while most Italians in Milano, Veneto and Trentino or anywhere in northern Italy looking as tall as the Dutch or 183 cm to 185 cm for average height.

Damn thats sad , I'm 14 and I'm 5'9 is that good? Idk how tall i will be tho any idea how tall? My dad is 5"11 and mom is 5'3. My dads side most are over 6 ft
@@mr_mistakesr.4456 yeah 5.9 is a decent height and if you're 14 you're still growing

Question: Which Country Is Good For Living! CANADA, USA, NETHERLANDS explain.
Depends on what local language you are going to speak. If it is English consider USA safe places like Texas. The weather is very moderate. In Canada's side it is cold like very cold so consider USA unless you like cold places
@Dx9er
Texas, wasn't that the state with no power, and a frozen water system recently?
@simon zason
Consider Canada, you can dress for cold.
Consider The Netherlands when you can also swim.
Consider Texas if you like to get frozen and boiled.

During hard times the smaller people would last longer on less food. During WW2 when the Japanese built the Burma railway with slave labor, the Asian workers would last longer with less food than White and Black people who would die earlier.

You first said you are 6'4" and then said you are 6'3" 🙄
But what if i am from egypt and i was born in the netherlands am i still going to be tall like the dutch people
If you eat alot of dairy you will be more likely to achieve your naximum genetic height.
If they were shortest people in europe. Then how their genetics were good? They became tall bcos of dairy products that's may be good reason.
Why genetic? and 100 years ago they used to be short?
Cuz they had better diet
Theres a genetic maximum for your height, if you dont eat/sleep enough or are seriously ill while young you will not reach the genetic potential for your height but you still give your max genetic height to your children so if they eat better they grow taller, if then women prefer to have children with taller men the average 'genetic max height' of a population increases overtime. In a society where women do not choose their husbands and child fathers but they are arranged a partner women do not enforce sexual selection which favors better genes so the population doesn't really become taller/stronger/smarter or whichever genes women favour for mating.
U didnt talk about the rising water levels

Diet likely the reason example japan,as the living standard improve so do increase in the consumption of high protein food.resulte average heigh of a japanese increases.
Other example was in north korea.where food shortage was a constant problem,average person

Specially tall are people in the Baltic and Eastern European countries:
