    this is very nice! i dont need one though as i have an android tablet but if you just want a screen with pen input it is not bad.

    Asus leads in innovation. No one like asus.

    I would like to have seen it being used with more conventional software like Excel or something unrelated to design/drawing, maybe charting software for example. Also, to see what angles the stand on the back can provide, is it strong? can you lean down on the screen somewhat comfortably etc. does it slip out of angle... essentially, i want to (mostly) replace mouse and keyboard with touchscreen and stylus - would this do the job? thanks!

    i think this might be perfect for video editors. I just wish it was 16" instead of 14. No way i want to pay over double for the "proart" version

    Thanks for the comprehensive review! From the perspective of a Surface Pro user (especially when you write on OneNote), are the palm rejection issues noticeably worse on this screen?

    • @teohontech7141
      @teohontech7141  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      With apps that let you choose pen-only input, you can get perfect palm rejection.

    Thank you for ur review! Do u think u can do a rating like which portable monitor u prefer for respective category

    • @teohontech7141
      @teohontech7141  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I don't like using ratings unless the target user is very specific. E.g. People who prioritise note taking. In this case, I would rate this display an A for office workers, and D for designers. Ratings mean different things to different people

    How does portable display with pen input compare with pen display?
    Is portable display with pen input good enough for light photo editing in photoshop?

    Can I buy the pen separately? And will it work with my Asus Zenscreen MB16AMT?
    TIA!

      Pen is included. Otherwise you have to buy it separately. It’s the ASUS Pen SA201H

    Hi Teoh, Would you be able to reccomend a decent touch screen tablet that supports pen input? I typically mark-up drawings and create basic sketches. Would I be better off using a graphics tablet?

    • @teohontech7141
      @teohontech7141  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can find many options here:
      www.parkablogs.com/tags/pen-display
      Generally speaking, unless the display mentions support for pen, writing performance is not going to be ideal. Even on this display, the writing performance isn't good compared to the pen displays in the link above because those companies are known for making pen displays.

    • @teohontech7141

      No because this is a monitor and has to be connected to a computer. Get a tablet (with stylus support) instead which will also have better note taking performance

    Sir, I need a drawing tab to make digital arts. Are these type of monitors eligible for this purpose? I don't want great performance , I just want to have decent performance while making sketch on photoshop or making vector on illustrator. I want to use this type of monitor because I like the clean design. I don't need the shortcut buttons which is often provided by the graphics tabs. I should mention that I use a windows pc. Thank you Sir.

    I’m not able to make the touch or pen input work as a secondary screen on Windows 11.
    It draws on the primary screen.

      It is a FHD 14"....
      This pixel density is often already too much for100% UI scaling.
