Just as every coffee makers you can reuse pods and save money by removing the cover and cleaning the pods and refilling with other ground coffee and use aluminum foil as new cover -

The problem I had with my first unit was this: When attempting to brew a cup of coffee, the unit would either keep brewing until the coffee was undrinkable or it would not run long enough and the coffee produced was way too strong. I cleaned the unit as best I could but it did not help. So in the end it was just too much trouble to get a good cup of coffee out of it, so I decided to replace it with a new one, which has been working great since I unpacked it.
Thanku, i was sceptic at first but i made it work. i also noticed i can use the same cup more times, and im going to bleed them dry before changing.

I was given a delongi coffee machine similar to this a bit since as a free gift from my bank but saved it to give a friend for his birthday. Neither he nor I have ever used one before so I told him I would look on you tube for a tutorial. Thanks. I never realised 2 pods were needed and neither has he so it has been an eye opener for us both. I will watch the video again so I know what to tell him. Thank you.

Okay going back to watch Hotel Del Luna.. coz of which i came to see this machine
My machine is not working right now'its still. New we just used it for sometime, and the we didnt use it again for quit few months, and when we use it again the water is not coming out , they said ther is blockage and i try to use the pin to clean bit still not working what should i do?

When I've made a cup, there's some left in both the coffee and milk pod.. can I get another cup out of them? Like leave them in the tray? I don't wanna waste it and throw away unless its empty

If anyone is deciding about whether or not to buy this machine, people say the newer capsules are getting worse with less coffee in each, and flavour is odd. For some people they could be allergenic as some contain soy.

Hi Ell Themane, it does vibrates a bit as you can see in the video. But that’s all. The cup did not moves from it place. Just vibrates.

There's a bar indicator on top of the pod. Can manually set it when pouring coffee from machine. That's the only way to set the amount dispensed. You're welcome.
@@ayueidris I went for the Genio S Plus in the end. I liked the ability to set the amount and walk away.
Normal water or cold or boiling?
We've just replaced our Krups Piccolo with a De Longhi Piccolo XS. There is no way of setting the timer on this one (no bars on the machine to match the bars on the pods). The instruction book gives timings for 4 pods that we generally wouldn't use. Does anyone know how many seconds we should allow for the Americano, Flat White and the Café au Lait please (or where we could find that information)? Thank you.

If you have the space, get a proper machine since it gives you more freedom of control, and also comes with a steaming rod for milk.
How do i know how much time each capsule need? For example: it has 2 bars on the capsule. How much time is it?
You can download "Dolce gusto Timer" on appstore or playstore. This app set timer of any capsule.

You have to guess how much water with the Piccolo. That's why it's crap. I bought the genio S but you can also use the mini me to set water levels according to the drink pack. Piccolo just fills forever, other machines allow you to set an automatic stop based on what it says on the pack. Every drink is different.
@@ceasarsalad119 is this the same as the newer model recently for sale on aldi lidl etc does it use same pods.
Newer versions of the capsules have the stripes. They indicate how much water is needed, for example while making latte, you need to start with the white pod. Since it starts pouring you need to count 25 seconds when you have manual machine, after the time has passed, switch the capsule to black/brown then count 15 seconds when you hear a pop. Don't worry, the capsule pop is normal.
Mine vibrates to the point the cup can come off if you don’t hold it in place? Anyone else have this problem? Also the coffee seems weak as it doesn’t have the bars to adjust like it has on the pods
Chloe Price I think the bars are an indication to how much of the glass to fill. But yh I'm having the same problem with the shaking, I tend to hold it for a bit until it's heavy enough to weigh itself down
Same with me, It's worse than I tought it would be. I gonna return this crap machine. I saw another one with pads, these are well made, they do not tip over, and they stop themselves with filling and they have a bigger reservoir.

The Flat White pods have both milk and coffee in them, (unlike the Cappuccino ones); I think the Café au Lait do, too, so each box gives you 16 cups instead of 8.
