    I feel dumb to ask this, but Im not sure in which level to put the lid. If the recommended level is 2 clear lines, should I put the clear line on the 2nd line (top to bottom) or on the third one? 🤔😅

      Hi there, in your case we would recommend placing the selection lever over the third bar down for the top. Your selection should match the level of shaded bars on the packaging :) Please feel free to experiment with your water level however, in order to find the perfect cup for your taste.

      Hi Danny, we hope you're loving your new machine. The size of your cup will be dependent on the type of beverage you make. For example, the Espresso capsules will only require a Espresso sized cup, while some of the milky beverages prepare up to about 230mls. The beauty of this system is that you can tailor your beverage to suit your taste preference by adding more, or less water to your capsule. Each box of capsules has a recommendation on top to guide you on how much water to use which will also help you choose an appropriate sized cup. Hope this helps :).

    Hi. Does using one bar mean there are a lot coffee left in the capsule, or does the bar denote the amount water used?

    • @NescafeDolceGustoAus
      @NescafeDolceGustoAus  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, the bar level has to do with the amount of water. There will always feel like there is coffee left in the capsule after use as it hold wet coffee grains.

    Is it normal that there is a left over liquid inside the capsule after making the coffee? My Dolce Gusto Machine is just 1 week old. After making Chocochino or Flat White, I do notice after removing the capsule that there is still some liquid inside the capsule before throwing it in the bin. Please reply. Thank You.

      Hi, and thanks for your message. It's normal for a small amount of liquid to remain in the base of your capsule after extraction. We hope you're enjoying your new machine and coffee :).
