I don't understand why not more people watch Evil. It is an amazing show, love the story playing between line of spiritual and psychology. Not to mention most of Evil things going back to human. Which is true
It's on streaming along with 1500 other shows and movies. Unless it's peak watercooler tv like Game of Thrones or the recent Squid Game, not many people are going to watch any show.
Here's the plot. Depressed person with nothing to live for, who gets splitting headache finds no cure. Finally a friend convinces her to meet this lady in the woods, who proves to he that she has 36 ghosts in her head. But only the protag can exorcise them by fulfiling their life goals and helping their loved ones. And one by one the ghosts leave her. In that journey she finds self fulfilment and by the end she's much better and ready to go into a new day. You can see it as a supernatural show or purely psychological about a person dealing with their inner demons

Medicaid. It is a thing. The biggest barrier to health care in the US isn't money, it's literally having access to health care. A lot of people live in the middle of bumfuck nowhere that doesn't have people for miles, let alone hospitals. When you need to drive 5 hours to the nearest MRI machine, or if there are three machines for 100,000 people, either way you're bonned no matter what insurance you have. On the other hand living in MA where we have one of the most robust and highly rated hospital networks in the world, I have had dozens of MRIs, CT scans, etc. because we have hundreds of machines. You can go to certain urgent care centers and have CT scans within the hour, and they accept Medicare and Medicaid, and are mostly owned by not-for-profits so if you can't pay, you aren't turned away.
I am just watching this after the ending... unfortunately...of Evil...one of the best shows ever on CBS or Paramount+!!! None of us wanted it to end...not even the actors....but it did...so proud of the actors as they ended it good as far as I'm concerned.... Going to start watching the first season tomorrow and can't wait!! So do not worry sweet lady...we won't forget you or this series and we will hope something can be done to extend it on some other genre.....thanks so much !!! ❤❤❤

Katja’s experience with getting rid of 37 ghosts with the help of a lady who lives out in the woods has some parallel with my own daughter’s experience. She was only 4 years old and had a ‘river spirit’ inside. Apparently it came from a camping area that we visited. She had some kind of weird, unexplained fevers for mote than a year and the doctor actually told my wife and me to get supernatural help. Well, it worked, the lady who helped us said she saw the problem and basically told the river spirit to leave. No problem since. My daughter is a normal 25 year old lady loving her life today.
I had never heard of this woman, Katja Herbers, now I want to know everything about her. She's delightful, intelligent, beautiful, and that accent is incredibly sexy. As is the way she ran out onto the stage. I think I have a new celebrity crush!
Katja is absolutely adorable.. this lady just makes me smile.. she seems so very genuine and down to earth.. rumor has it she's single too.. a guy can dream for a moment right? ;)
I'm amaze on how much she resembles Young Carrie Fisher, her voice, drive, manerisms and selfconfidence... why is not getting cast as Young Leia, she is very talented... I don't know, same thing happens with Sebastian Stan and Luke.
p.s. Katja is such a beautiful person both inside & out. Those ghosts were filled with hubris thinking they had any kind of right to plague her as they did. And... where is a lady in the woods when one needs her most? If I met Katja my first words would be "Take me to your healer" as I awaken most days with migraines as well.
I watched Evil on Netflix, and loved it. I'm disappointed season 2 (and any subsequent seasons) will likely never be there, but on Paramount+ forever. There's too many streaming services.
I will have to re-watch Westworld. I didn't fall in love with her until I watched Evil and this, she's such a great actress, like Academy Award level great, and I was thinking what is it about her that makes her so damm attractive? I get it now, her vibe is through the roof!
