some player's say that large apartment level where you survive waves of enemies and shoot out the window at tanks is the hardest mission, but i think the one where your on the back of truck and lot's of enemies coming at you on motorbikes was harder, it had me on the edge of my seat lol
I get and agree that those missions are hard, especially because you can't move in them, but I personally believe that Pavlov's House (the apartment mission) is still the hardest mission in the game. In the truck missions, most of the enemy spawns and pathing are pretty much scripted, so it's easy to learn how to deal with them, not to mention they're pretty short levels. In the apartment mission, you have enemies coming from multiple entrances and you get surrounded fairly quickly, which is very hard to deal with while having to shoot at the tanks, as enemies can run up behind you and quickly kill you while you're doing so. And its also one of the longer missions in the game, taking over 10 minutes whereas the truck missions take about 5 minutes. It took me over an hour to do that mission when I did that the first time on Hardened, and I'd say was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had in gaming lol.
@picklarium yeah pavlov's house, that's the one, i did it on normal difficulty so it probably felt easier for me lol i remember playing call of duty world at war on veteran and that terrible grenades everywhere experience lol never again like that and i did call of duty 4 modern warfare on veteran difficulty and found the underground passage up to the war room challenging, i just play on normal these days to enjoy the games.
