Arran Machrie Moor cask strength. Peated, citrusy, VERY malty and even sweet. Good swimmer as well-You can try it with or without water and find out balance that suites your taste best.
Nice one Matt this is a really tasty one! If you want some peat, the Lum Reek 10 Blended Malt CS is also from Glenallachie so you might enjoy that. Aberlour A'Bunadh is also a solid choice. Cheers!
Have a couple different batches of this one stashed in my cabinet. This is how a sherried scotch should taste imho. Even managed to buy batch no 1 about a year ago for the original price.
What's your favourite cask strength scotch?
Ardbeg Coreyvreckan.

@@christinecamley I'll make a note of it!
@@mariusnarbutas4190 ooh, I'll definitely try to lay hands on a bottle, or at least a glass at a good whiskey bar!
Great review. This looks like a winner. Thanks for sharing. Cheers!
Thanks for watching! It was really nice!

Thanks for the info! Those sound like they could be good choices!
Love the stuff. Also worth a look is the GlenScotia Victoriana, Benromach CS and the Glendronach CS. All.NAS, but very tasty.
Thanks for the tips! Definitely looking to explore more scotches in 2025 (and some Indian whiskeys too)

I can see why! I definitely want to try other batches and see how different they are
I’ve been looking at getting this one. It’s right at $100 in my market. I was a bit concerned that’s a little steep for it. Idk
@@chrismarshall4486 that might be a little steep, I think I paid about €65 (but then again, Ireland is a lot closer to Scotland!)
This one looks good need a new bottle of scotch
It'd be a great addition to the bar!
