Hi, thanks for all the positive words. It's a vertical shaft engine so I hooked it up to the bottom of the engine. I added a pulley between the drive and mower deck pulley, but if you never plan on using the mower deck you could always use that pulley. Good luck!
Just regular GM saginaw power steering pump, like from any 70's or 80's v8. Had it brand new sitting on the shelf for years, figured I'd try it before buying another pump lol
howdie again so you used a chevy pump were did you hook it up to the frount of the motor? very good project will let you no how it goes on mine you should make plans for this before someone else does its really not that hard just time thks again for your time will keep watchin
Hi, yes i did finish it and it works great will lift 500lbs no problem. I have a few newer videos of it on my channel, a recent one loading some axles into a trailer with it. I don't have any diagrams I do have some rough dimension if you like. Thanks again!

how thick is the metal?
What’s size hydraulic cylinders did you use?
They are 2 inch but even 1 inch would work. The 2 main ones are 16 inch long, and the center one is an 8 inch long.
The clips are ok, the thing is that they go through the shaft, not around it.
