    Great video Jamie. I have used Superior products for years. They are way underrated in the industry. I also use two brushes on weathertech mats but if you spin the mat 180 degrees it will get the other side of the groove.

    The Google Doc you added with the dilution ratios was awesome. I appreciate you putting the effort into that and then sharing it with us. I've been using P&S Undressed 1:1 on mats and then P&S Natural Finish and it's worked okay so far on WeatherTech and competitors. OEM Ford rubber tray-type mats I can't use any dressing at all or they stay slick.

    Jamie, many good tips. I didn't know there was a pH neutral APC. I generally use the shampoo I foaming the car with. I just used their Iron remover, seemed to pull iron out of the paint. Thanks...

      @@jamiesdetailing This video was right on time. I've been using diluted Dark Fury on some mats and even though it works fairly decent (Depending on the material) I find myself running through Dark Fury at a high rate. And, seeing as Firepower is much less expensive, I'm looking forward to trying this way!

    • @jamiesdetailing

      @reelcleantennessee you will definitely like Fire Power a little better for your mats. It also smells like cherry so it is way more pleasing to use than DF. Thanks for checking out today's video! And 1st comment 👊🏽🤓

    I enjoy your videos and like the content. I recently purchased some of the Superior products ( including Fire power I’ll try on the mats next time) directly from O’Reilly . Buying direct is extremely cost effective.
    When cleaning weather techs , I like to use Express Interior cleaner along with a couple sprays of my APC. When I dress them, Gummifix is great!. Restores and for the most part is non-slip.

      I love that you can grab stuff quick from O’Reillys. It is super convenient to have same day access to the products you need. Express is a great interior cleaner! I definitely should try out Gummifix. It would probably work great on older mats such as the one in this video. Thanks a ton for the suggestion 👊🏽

    I’ve been eyeing the orange blast citrus d-limonene degreaser - have you tried that Jamie?

      Hey guys orange blast is amazing. I have learned from the few gallons I’ve used it so far. It works best in the sun for degreasing. It doesn’t flash dry it stays on surface longer, it works great on bugs too.
      Also I was able to remove a 1 year old dog urine stain on my carpet with orange blast diluted 1:10. An it’s ph neutral!

  • @KingTheDetailer

    I usually use rage for everything pretty much lol sometimes , I use pink perfection for interiors , green all for apc exterior pre wash , rage for wheel tires and bug removal. Also one thing I just learned was I took ppf of a customers hood not so long ago I bought 2 different adhesive removers and none of them worked and something told me try rage and let me tell you I will never buy another adhesive remover. A bit of rage and a plastic blade and it did 10x better then 3D adhesive remover and stoner

      @JayDetailz 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Superior also sells a d-limonene degreaser called orange blast. It’s 20$ a gallon an dilutable 1:10. I been using it as a presoak in the sun since it doesn’t burn paint, an it helps with gummy residues since the citrus solvent. It has similar ingredients to zap it

      I need a general APC-D that isn’t solvent based when I don’t want orange-peel oil residue, albeit SP’s citrus d-limonene solvent is great for tar, sap, sticker residue and heavy degreasing.
      Is orange blast citrus-derived surfactants? Does it sud when you want it to?

    I use P&S Xpress for cleaning most rubber mats. Paired with a drill brush, of course. To bring them back to life, been using Renew Protect’s Blak product since 2011.

    How well would this work as a apc pre wash for your vehicle? Instead of super clean or magic muscle?

    • @jamiesdetailing
      @jamiesdetailing  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It works really really well! Especially for vehicles with metal trim that you don’t want to dull / mess up with muscle Magic or when you are cleaning tires with polished wheels that you don’t want to have to repolish or touch up after. Days when you’re working in the really hot sun pre-washing with fire power would be a great option over super cleaner or muscle magic just to minimize risk

    • @jamiesdetailing

      The short answer is Fire Power is a neutral cleaner that cleans like an APC. It is Non-caustic and VOC Compliant in all 50 states and won’t dull metal or polished trim pieces where Green All is more of your traditional higher ph APC.
