You can apply for Unmarried Partner Visa inside the UK. Unmarried Partner Visa has it's requirements to be met and in this video we are discussing these requirements at length including some of the questions that we are often asked.
Once you are granted the Unmarried partner visa you can stay in the UK, have the right to work, right to rent and access to the NHS. You will pay the Visa fee of £1538 + Immigration health surcharge fee of £1560.

Unmarried Partner visa requirements for Sponsor.
Your partner must be either:
- A British or Irish citizen
- Have settled in the UK - for example, they have indefinite leave to remain, settled status or proof of permanent residence
- Or from the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein and have pre-settled status
- A Turkish Businessperson visa or Turkish Worker visa
- Or have protection status (leave to remain as a refugee, permission to stay as a refugee or a person with humanitarian protection)
* You should have lived with your unmarried partner for a minimum of two years
* Meet the English language requirement unless exempt
* Have sufficient accommodation for you both to continue to live together
* And do not forget there is a financial requirement to demonstrate to the Home Office that you can take care of yourselves financially. This is currently set at £18,600 per annum.

What is the officially link for the civil partnership visa
Hello, i have sufficient evidence to apply for this and documentation of cohabitation for 24 months, however in those 24 months we went on seperate vacations to meet our families outside of uk (maybe 1-3 months per year) however we still have documentation that we live together in the uk (tenancy agreements and bank statements covering 24 months)
Would the home office have an objection on this kind of vacations that we went on seperate of one another?

Processing time for every case varies; when we apply for our clients we usually get a decision in 3-4 weeks.

Hello. Thank you very much for detailed information. My girlfriend doesn’t live in my origin country. We met abroad and we are together for 7 years. (Long distance relationship) However she visited my country in 2022 and 2023 and stayed around 3 months in each. We have a genuine relationship and we lived in the same house during her visits. I recently had a student visa (2 years) from the UK. She will visit me there as a tourist as well. Do you think we can apply unmarried partner visa for her during the period of my student visa? You can not if you have not lived together for two years; consider applying for Fiance visa instead.

@@Blackhuskyy Well, this video is about Unmarried Partner route and for that you need a partner too. Anyways, if you are interested in moving to the UK you can check on gov.uk website which visa you might be eligible for. Some new rules changes mean now people without high qualifications can also move to the UK such as bricklayer, construction workers etc. Best of luck
