From your video it seems that they are eligible to register for citizenship without waiting for 12 month after settlement (needed for naturalisation) as one of the parent is British Citizen. Hi Oliver, may I ask a quick question about the evidence you need to use to support your relationship. I have read many different things on the internet and wanted some clarification. Currently, my husband and I are living at home with my mother due to her health issues. This means we cant provide a council tax, gas or electricity bill as its in her name.
