Me and spouse are legally in the UK based on Job, and kids are born outside of UK and lived 7.5 years. If I lose my Job can we still stay in UK based on kids? Neither of parents are British.

me (Egyptian) and my partner (English) have met on the internet we scheduled two meet twice and we booked hotels in Egypt to meet but unfortunately my partner got problems with anxiety, and she couldn't come so that we could meet we have been together for 2 years and we broke up after the second time when she couldn't come but we are back together now again, the question is if i applied for a marriage visitor visa would it be rejected since we didn't physically meet each other i also work as a head coach for my own swimming academy so i don't work for any company to provide me with papers.

Hello, this is very helpful. May I ask whether one can take supplementary employment during their 60 days curtailment time of the Skilled Worker Visa while following all the rules that you mentioned? Based on most of the information I read, the answer is yes but it seems that as a part of the hiring process, the employer of the supplementary employment need to confirm with the Sponsor on the worker's CoS that this person is hired by them as to confirm their working hours and etc. I'm wondering how do they do so, with the person not working for their Sponsor on the CoS anymore?

I have one question though, I mentioned in my visa form that I would stay in the UK for 15 days. If I stay in the UK for 30 days as I got my annual leave approved for 34 days. Hello Sir, please my Spousal visa was refused because I wasn’t aware of the English language requirement and my solicitor didn’t tell me too, the second ground was because my fiancé and I didn’t mention the date and or the location of our wedding. We were given a right to appeal which we did immediately and I had passed the English test but my fiancé and I choose a location but not a date for our wedding because we didn’t know when I will be granted a visa to enter the UK.
