I am now living in UK as dependent of my wife.she has completed her study but hasn’t got clearance from University. But my BRP Will expire 1 month earlier then my wife. If we don't get clearance from University by my expired date, what can i do to join psw with my wife?

I took same day service but they gave me letter saying that my case is complicated and I can't be on same day service .. my question is how long it standard service time take for flr fp and will they return my 800 pounds for same day service?

As per the UK law you can only be married to one person at a time therefore, it is necessary to obtain that divorce first. Best of luck.
