I think I completely lost myself.

  • Being transparent is something that I am trying to learn every single day. I know that my purpose is to help others in any way I can. And the only way I can do it is by being honest, not only with you but also myself. Too long I was trying to cover myself up. Pretending like my life is all shiny and perfect. But it is not that way. Life is great, yes. But with life there are moments of sadness, abandonment and feelings of emptiness.

Hi Jess, Very nice video. I really like to hear this kind of stories. It is not easy to get this level of self awareness and then act upon it to really change your ways. But you did it already by becoming a vegan and you persisted despite being challenged by all kind of people, right? Whether it is the right decision or not is not for others to decide for you. It is hard but if you truly believe in it then the only alternative is indeed to loose yourself which is ultimately worse, because it is a missed opportunity to grow. That's how I see it at least. Very inspiring and strong. Have a nice evening!

Roy Chin thanks a lot Roy! yes you might face challenges, especially in the beginning. But I believe with time you will attract the people that are meant to be in your life. Even though sometimes it can be a very lonely process🤷‍♀️

Jess, do you know what your MBTI is?

Seeking Jess I was curious. Sometimes when you are a rare type you have a hard time finding people on the same wavelength as you. I would have guessed you were an introvert type, guess I'm wrong. 😅 And of course there can be so many other factors, but the MBTI - for me - helped me to understand why I click with certain people better than with others.
